Super 8 by Wyndham Harrison OH

The room and beds were HUGE and the beds were soft and comfy. There was a big fridge and microwave in the room and an ice machine in the corridor. Everything was clean, tidy and modern. It is located amongst a variety of food outlets and shopping is available nearby. It was the best deal among the motels we've stayed at so far in the States, by a considerable margin.

The motel was the only one we have stayed in that offered breakfast, so a VERY good bonus for the price, but it was fairly limited with only two sugary cereal choices, Airpot coffee, packet muffins and pancakes.

The staff is really friendly. You can tell they care about their property and the property was as nice as it looked online. It was a very good value. Excellent location just off US 74 and with dining and gas options really close. Easy ride to Cinncinnati.

Though better than I expected for a Super 8, there is still a stale, musty smell which I am guessing reflects the age of the building and previous prevalent use by smokers. The breakfast was all carb options.

The staff! The night shift lady that checked me in went beyond what was expected. She made sure I was comfortable and helped without me even having to ask. My guest that stayed with me has to walk with a cane and has trouble getting around and she noticed and put me in a room right by an entrance so he didn't have to struggle getting in. The staff was more kind and helpful than any staff iv ever encountered on hotel hospitality.

Honestly there isn't anything I could say I didn't like. Thinking about it just to give positive criticism to help this hotel in anyway , but nothing comes to mind. I had a really good experience here. I'm a home body I don't like to stray from my normal or what I'm use to like the comfort of my own home but this trip was stress free and welcoming. Breakfast was pretty sparse, but the pancakes were good. Check-in was easy and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was nice when I checked in.

The walls and door of the room seemed thin, and voices in the hall or outside sounded loud. I found some bugs in the morning that made their way into the room somehow. The outdoor pool was under construction when we visited (June 2023), but I'm sure it will be nice when it's done.

The facility was great and the staff was good as well, the room was cleaner and better kept than I expected. I would consider staying again if my rate was the same at registration as it was when I booked the room. Nice place to stay but ****Buyer Beware****

My issue was that I booked my room under one rate with a king bed but when I arrived at the hotel the rate was completely different and the registration at the hotel indicated a queen double bed. The staff indicated she couldn't change the rate or give me the room I initially reserved. If you're offering one rate at booking then charge something else at the facility that's false advertising. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, based on the staff at the Super 8 by Wyndham Harrison OH this is a common issue that happens often. What sense does it make to use Booking.Com when you don't honor your rates.

the fact that you walk into what looks like a freshly remodeled hotel. smelled nice looked nice and was very clean. don’t let the outside fool you it is a very nice hotel in the inside. actually a lot nicer than the holiday in a crossed the street. we had friends staying there and ended up hanging at our room.

I couldn't find the do not disturb sign in the room. I asked that no one enter the room. They did anyway and I was uncomfortable with that! Not that I didn't trust the staff, I trust no one with my personals!🐝❤ KEEP-SHINING! 🐝❤

Everything was good

We travel to use the pool the pool was broke and not working the man at the front desk didn't tell me until after I paid so I told him I'm literally paying this money to look at your walls and sleep in your bed we came here to swim and was not able to very disappointed I could have kept my money and tried somewhere else

I was greeted when I arrived by manager who was very nice. I had a few questions which he helped me out with directions. The room was good size and bed comfortable. It had a small refrigerator and microwave in room. It also had a nice TV in room but limited channels on it. There was plenty of parking in lot.

I had no problems

Rooms were very nicely update - large TV, bed mattresses in great shape, bathrooms clean and updated showers. Very nice.

Breakfast was only cereal and muffins, juice and coffee. They did have a pancake machine but it was out of dough. Not a big deal for me - cereal and muffins sufficed.
