The room was very clean it was quiet not a lot of noise a short walk to the casino. The room was very clean and it was very spacious plenty of room didn’t feel crowded at all. The hotel both outside and inside had beautiful scenery and the staff seemed very personable. Check out wasn’t till 11 which also made it nice

No coffee or breakfast in the hotel. No continental breakfast no free coffee if you wanted anything for breakfast or coffee in the mornings you had to walk to the casino and there you had to purchase it

Beautiful place. Ample room. Looks like a fairy tale palace outside. Casino is across the way, when you enter Keep RIGHT, do not follow Casino signs to casino parking garage. That's not you! There's a walkway to the casino building, lovely cool decor, but you will smell like an ashtray when you return to the hotel. Gambling and smoking always sisters, but the hotel is on a quiet area a long walk from the casino, so very very peaceful and tranquil, surrounded by gardens. Great value and a half hr from Cincinnati. Price is great too! Unbelievable!

Amenities-none. There is one microwave in the lobby, that's it. But that's why it's great value. No breakfast. Casino has some eateries, the one in the casino is pretty good quick bites and to one side far from the smoker fumes. But have to walk through the casino first. As I recall they also have a Starbux open at 8am not in the Casino but just outside it.

the hotel was wonderful little mix up on check out times we were told 12 but it was really 11 so other than that it was good except i was in wheel chair it wasnt easy getting to casino a real big incline my husband and daughter had to take turns getting me up it to casino

i asked to be put close to elevator and it was other end of a long hallway then like i said it was a hugh incline to get to casnio and some employees wasnt very helpful to us new comers but we managed and had a great time

The Staff were some of the most friendly and courteous I have had the honor of interacting with.

It would be nice to have some people to push you to and from the hotel because the carpet is very hard to roll on. My arms were in massive pain.

It was a beautiful hotel with all the necessary ammenities. The location was also excellent as were the helpful staff. On my last day there I especially appreciated your security gentleman who made I was safe to get to my car when it was dark outside !!!

a restaurant closer to the rooms would have been nice. I have trouble walking so it was difficult for me to go over to the casino. I realize you have rental scooters but I did not want an additional expense.

We had breakfast buffet at Grind near casino. It was very good and price was fair. The lighting was very good in the hotel and walking over to the casino. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Carpet in room was a little worn, but it was clean.

seemed they may have been short staffed, bathroom in our room was not top notch cleaned

room was just above dumpsters and they changed them out at 530 in the morning. don’t except any rooms in the 270s.

Friendly staff.Very nice rooms.

No maid service until check out. No garbage removal until check out. Had to get fresh towels the second day from front desk. Wish microwave was in room not just lobby.

The staff was very helpful with getting our room changed from smoking to non smoking. They were extremely nice.

Smoking was allowed in parts of the property.
