Super 8 by Wyndham Muncie/Ball St. College Area

Facility and rooms were very clean and didn't smell stale as with some places. Staff was very friendly. Overall a nice place to stay. Had no complaints except for breakfadt

Breakfast was very poor. Consisted of bread for toast, yogurt, packets of oatmeal, cereal, some sort of muffin and drinks. I didn't expect a fine dining experience, but at least some hard boiled eggs, perhaps some microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, donuts would have been nice options. If you're calculating breakfast in with your stay, this is not for you.

this is by far the nicest super 8 I’ve ever been in and definitely the best bang for your budget in Muncie. I’m originally from this area about 40 minutes south and came up for a funeral and the room was wonderful for the two nights. I had no issues and will stay again next time I come up for family things.

there was nothing wrong with this location. the ihop is also within walking distance, which is a plus.

Breakfast only offered carbohydrates (waffle, cereal, toast) If a few protein options were available it would help. However, this is not a big deal.

Upon entering hotel I could smell some type of cleaning product that I reacted to with my allergies. It may have been an air freshener. I suggest that lodging use more natural products that people do not react to. My private room did not have this odor.

Way overpriced!! They gouged the price because it was family weekend at Ball State University! I appreciated that it was clean and the staff were good to deal with but $250 per room is ridiculous!!

it was kept up and good location. Overall, a good stay.

Their were a couple stains on the bathroom door that could have been wiped up, smears on the desktop that hadn’t been wiped thoroughly and the sitting chair was covered in crumbs.

Got charged over 50% more for booking through a third party rather than getting the discount for being affiliated with a local organization, which we were. Calling direct next time.

Convenient to friends' residences, less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Muncie, quick access to I 69 toward Indianapolis, clean and comfortable facilities.

Staff was slightly less than personable.

It was close to Ball State so great place to stay for a graduation or any other reason to Ball State. It wasn’t anything fancy but did the job.

There was only one staff member at the front desk so we would have to yell hello for the staff member.

My husband and I traveled to visit family that we hadn't seen in two years. This hotel was located near their home and so was very convenient. We found the room to be spacious and clean the bed incredibly comfortable.
