The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, my stay was very good! However, I arrived late at night, and the parking situation made me a bit uncomfortable. I had to park near the back of the building, and it was quite dark. There were two occupied cars that stayed for an extended period and then drove away. I reported to the front desk the next morning, and they were very concerned and helpful. Other than that, my stay was very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I especially like the fluffy pillows. I also enjoyed the warm, clean pool and spa. The water was just the right temperature and there were pool towels available poolside. The self serve breakfast bar included a variety of offerings and the eating area was clean and pleasant. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and plan to return.

I can't comment on anything I didn't like because there isn't anything. It is obvious that the managers care about cleanliness and pay attention to details. I can't say the same about the last hotel I stayed at in FL. I have a basis of comparison when I say that may stay at this hotel was great!

Very clean, nice pool and jacuzzi. Friendly guy at reception. Large room has everything you need with a fridge, and very nicely updated with new shower insert. Spotless clean.

needing to ask reception to get into pool area, but this is because of other guests behavior, as the hotel is near to a casino. It is so they can try to keep it clean for everyone. Also I could not get the TV to work (no signal). Could be user error with remote.

Breakfast could have been much better with condiments. Staff said you don't carry ketchup or hot sauce, just salt and pepper for the eggs. How hard is it to provide condiments to enhance the breakfast? An inexpensive investment.

When I arrived the staff person was standing by the door in front of sign that said "no smoking within 8 feet of the door.

Beds/pillows were very clean and comfortable, but my bottom sheet had a significant hole in it. I slept on the other side, so it was not an issue. If two people had been sleeping in this bed, the scratchy edges around the hole could have been an issue. Bathroom was very clean.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. I won’t complain about a free breakfast though unless it is really unsatisfactory.

Very quiet and private location close to Pendleton Correctional to visit my son. Price was reasonable. Thank you.

To us, there was a sewer-like odor coming from the restroom and pool area hallway. Perhaps there has been a drain or sewer problem in the past. I realize these can be costly to eradicate but, it is noticeable.

The pool was nice and warm, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The person working check in/ check out (same man) was very nice and friendly!

The breakfast was a little weak, and the man working the breakfast wasn't very personable. There was gunk floating in the hot tub, in the morning. (I didn't notice it the night before. )

Room and hotel , pool area , everything was clean , staff was all friendly and helpful . Breakfast okay I wish there were more kid friendly options but it was good . Close to lots of restaurants and only a few minute drive from our event .

More breakfast options , don't get me wrong it was good for a comp breakfast just wish there were more options

Friendly staff. Close to where we needed to be. Love the large bathtub.

No fitness room. Expensive for the amenities offered. Walls of room had something spilled or squirted on two of them. The toilet had a small amount of poop on the seat. Not a lot of room to sit for breakfast

Good location, not far from where our destination was on our trip to Anderson

the bathroom tub had large cracks in it. also the curtain had a large rip down the inside edge, and the mini fridge wasn’t working very well, was turned all the way to cold and was Luke warm inside. but I didn’t need to use it so no real harm there.
