Best Western Plus Anderson

As soon as I walked in the hotel smelled clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had a question.

Felt very rush while eating breakfast. Said they were open till 9 meanwhile didn’t have everything available up to 9 o’clock so a lot of people didn’t really get to eat a full breakfast. They started turning everything off like the waffle maker before people could even finish eating. If your gonna serve it till 9 you need to have enough food and not turn things off until everybody is finished eating. I was there on my day off from work so since I’m off I like to try to sleep in and don’t want to be up at the crack of Dawn.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was in town, and my daughter had nuero surgery. I had to extend my stay, and they were helpful . I brought her there 1st night out of hospital to be able to make the trip home 1.5 hrs away. I am so very thankful from such a clean room and caring group of people who said anything I needed to let them know. Just let them know. It was my 1st stay alone, and I am elderly but never felt unsafe for one minute. Thank you, Best Western, for making this stay so great.

There was not one thing I did not like about my stay. The bed could have been a little softer and the recliner alittle taller.

Best Western Plus was exactly what my family needed for our 2 nights stay. We've suffered an unexpected death in the family and needed a cozy place to stay in Anderson, In. We all felt welcomed by the friendly staff as they kept our rooms clean and fresh linens on the bed. Very quiet and cozy stay. I could only wish we were in town on better terms.

The beds are not very comfortable and breakfast is average hotel food at best. Nothing special as some reviews suggest. The food is free and my family found things they would eat so we had once less meal to worry about. Also breakfast ends at 9:00am sharp so no sleeping in if you want to eat.

The hotel was located right off the interstate so easy to get off-get on. The hotel was very clean and smelled clean, The room was clean, no smoke smell, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, they have a woman serve the food for cleanliness was which nice. She was attentive, handled the food in a sanitary manner, and a great sense of humor. Already booked my next trip through here at this hotel.

Breakfast was not diabetic friendly so we ate out.

Pet fee is too high. I have 2 little dogs that I brong a bed for and covers for the floor because of other dogs. They make no mess or noise. This is the highest we have ever paid so will look for other accommodation elsewhere. Higher than Hilton and better places in Atlanta and Charlotte.

Very nice. Enough handicapped spaces. First floor room, easily accessible to all of the amenities. VERY CLEAN! They were constantly washing the floors in the breakfast area. The hallways were vacuumed. The room was clean and the tub was in great shape. The employees were extremely nice and very helpful.

The parking lot was slippery the day we left and it was not salted. It was ok driving on it but was difficult walking to our car.

The breakfast provided gave several options including hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The pool was clean and had good hours. The room was generally comfortable and the climate control was easy to operate.

There were dirty underwear hanging in the closet! It would have been nice to have USB charging ports either at the desk or the bedside table.

There was a very bad storm when my kids and I traveled to Anderson. I was very concerned when storm sirens were blaring in the middle of the night but the man at the front desk reassured me that he would sound fire alarms if it got to be too bad. He calmed my nerves because I was having trouble finding information on the storm. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here and I would consider staying again!

The highway noise, but not much to be done about that. You eventually get used to it but if you are a sensitive sleeper bring your ear plugs!

Very clean and attractive facility inside and out, with thoughtful amenities like ability to purchase toiletries, snacks and beverages. Also, there is a REAL hot breakfast with a different special served each day. We had French toast, ham slices, and scrambled eggs with variety of fresh fruit choices. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was polite and friendly. They even had treats at the front desk for my dog!

The location ws outstanding. There was plenty of places to dine and shop nearby and the Casino was also very close. The rooms was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Shelia is an outstanding cook and very, very friendly. Don't ever get rid of her.

Ever thing at the Best Western was great. Don't change anything. I plan on returning to Indiana in May or June of 2022 for about ten days and I will surely plan to stay at the Best Western at 2114 59th Street in Anderson Indiana.
