Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis/ Noblesville

It was very clean and the staff was very nice. I have no complaints on that.

The property advertised a hot tub in the pool room and that was not available. They said they haven’t had the hot tub in the pool room for over 10 years and they asked the website to please take it down and they did not do it. The one reason I booked this hotel was because of the hot tub in the pool room and it had been closed for over 10 years. Very disappointing. So I did not get what is advertised on Booking.com. We were looking forward to the hot tub and obviously that didn’t happen then they charged my credit card when I checked in for $40 for incidentals $20 per person and I still have not received a refund a week later I’m not really happy about it

I was in the area for spine surgery and recovery. My husband and I were there for almost three weeks. The staff were quite accommodating in making sure I had a super clean room to prevent any causes of infection. They made sure our accommodations were easy for me to get around while using a walker. They all were very kind and respectful. The hot breakfast every morning was very nice.

We were pretty satisfied with everything. The price was fair. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff being so kind meant a lot to us.

Rooms were nice and clean. . Loved that there were two tvs. Breakfast was delicious and great selection. Beds comfortable. Love the soap and shampoo/conditioner were in the wall.

Pool had way way too much chlorine. So much so kids didn't stay in there long. Tub/shower needed to be redone (big)place where white was missing.

Location was great, easy accessible , comfortable atmosphere. Very clean, and staff was very courteous and helpful. Exercise room and pool area were a plus a long with the continental breakfast area.

Didn't feel like there was enough outside lighting at the end of the building where we parked to unload and go in.

The rooms were a good size for families, it was in a good location, and they offered a great breakfast each morning.

My kids enjoyed the pool but said the water was very cold and the room the pool was in was a bit cold, but they still enjoyed it.

The room was spacious and had a big TV. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was a bit cooler than I liked when I first checked in.

The thermostat was set at 60 when I arrived which if I had been staying immediately would have been cold.

Good location and room was clean and comfortable. Typical hotel breakfest, not the best nor the worst.

I got what I expected, so no complaints.

The pool is really small. Also I know every hotel stops serving breakfast at 9, but you could be the hotel that breaks this dumb tradition. That’s all I really have. Ummmmmmmmm. Ummmmmmmmmmm. Ummmmmmmm.

The living area in the suite was comfortable and loved the large tv.

Bathroom is dated. Could use an upgrade in the King Suite for the price charged.

They upgraded my room to execute suite without me even asking! Room was excellent! Even let me check in almost an hour early! It was awesome

That I had to leave!
