Hampton Inn Westfield Indianapolis

The location was close to our event, only 3 miles away. Parking was good. Staff where ok but had no good answer to my problem.

The smell of the room was like setting next to a sewage company. I had air freshener with me, tried to get rid of smell, did not work!! Could not sleep in bed, very uncomfortable. Only stayed one night, left the next morning at 8 o'clock. Lady at front counter, said the smell is something they have from time to time, and I would not get a refund as I had booked my stay with booking.com. she said I would just lose my money!! Hard lesson learned on my part!!!

Great breakfast.. great location for where we needed to be.

Not complaining… I know kids are kids and like to have a good time when having sporting events and tourneys. We have kids and grandkids. I like to see them have fun. I should have considered that this might be the case. Just a little noisy…pretty late. 😏

Totally awesome! Our stay was awesome. I must say I was surprised at how clean it was. Plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable , we didn’t have breakfast but I’m told it was a great breakfast, the rooms are very spacious. Jane at the front desk was a sweetheart.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Ease of checking in and out. They accommodated a later check out.

Bagel had mold— however the staff wouldn’t have known it because they were individually wrapped.

Clean. Helpful and courteous front desk staff. Covid precautions in place. Convenient parking. Convenient location. Useful amenities in room and hotel.

Rough toilet paper. Vending machine on floor malfunctioning. Creaky elevator. Uninteresting view.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the location was great for my training and getting food.

There was not enough coffee since the rooms were not restocked daily. Didn’t get a decent cup of coffee until the last day of my stay. The boxed breakfast wasn’t much, I usually just got fruit. A-

The location was perfect for us as we traveled south to Arkansas. Breakfast was boxed, due to covid restrictions on dining, and was very good! Coffee was available at all times.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay: the staff was friendly and the facility was comfortable. We would stay there again if the opportunity ever presented itself.

There were several drunk people in the hotel both nights. The room above us was noisy and sounded like people running and falling all night. Limited parking due to people partying in parking lot while kids ran around unattended.
