Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Carmel

The room was well designed - something we don't always get. It was very functional - lighting was excellent with adjustable lamps, lots of wi-fi charging connectors, the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked! It was nice to see a fitness center well-maintained with excellent exposure on the ground floor. The breakfast was good with varied dishes - not just the same old thing you get in most hotels. The air conditioner was quiet and comfortable.

Limited parking when there was a conference or local event in the park.

Beautiful inn with very clean and comfortable rooms. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Prepackaged breakfast options was a surprise since the site info showed fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. it still tasted fine but not what was expected. I guess since covid this is what they have to do.

All the tables off the lobby were really nice for a “before business dinner” gathering of coworkers. The rooms were very spacious. The complementary toiletries were very nice. The check-in help was super friendly and worked to put our rooms close together.

Breakfast was sufficient. Could’ve had more choices.

From the time we checked in, until we checked out, the staff was friendly, gave good information, and interested in us including a housekeeper that I rode in the elevator with. The breakfast was great with many options, and again the staff very friendly and cheerful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It looked like their gym was exceptional. We had a very restful time.

We didn’t have breakfast here. We were located on a separate floor from several youth baseball teams. So, that was VERY nice. We were at the end of the hall from the elevator, but the hall wasn’t too long so it was pleasant(not like a long hike in some hotels)

Breakfast was typical; we were upgraded to a larger room which included a moveable table we could use to play cards ... terrific! Room service was very responsive. Staff was warm and informative!

Lighting in bathroom was too dim to put on makeup well.

Very nice staff. Very nice facilities. Great location and reasonably priced.

The bathrooms needed attention. The one on my room wasn't properly cleaned as there were hairs on the floor and in the shower. The sink had toothpaste spots in it as well. Everything else seemed pretty clean.

My husband had to go to IU for surgery so I was staying at the Fairfield, felt very safe.

Only one day I asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not, I called and was immediately brought clean towels and coffee supplies. Thank you

Very clean in general. Bed was very comfortable. Many options at breakfast bar, well attended. Front desk staff welcoming.

A bit difficult to find the building. The only signage was on the building and did not stand out, although it looked nice.

Room was really clean and was quiet during night time. WIFI worked very well, in fact it might have been the best WIFI I have ever used in any hotel. Frontdesk staffs were very friendly. Grab-and-go breakfast was provided during COVID. Grocery store and many restaurants nearby. A lot of parking spaces.
