There was ample room. The sink area was separated from the tub area. Comfortable beds.
I prearranged for early check-in. When I arrived at the approximate time I suggested, the clerk turned me down then added, there would be a $40 charge for early check-in, which was not explained to me when I requested the time. Is there an honesty or communication problem? I would like to know there answer! The need to request house keeping and the grab-and -go breakfasts leave something to be desired.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property management was very accommodating to my parents senior needs. The rooms comfortable and clean. No swimming due to storm causing structural damage. Healthy breakfast and lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Really friendly staff and good breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own fresh waffles. The coffee was good, too. E had a dog, so our room had nice flooring, looked quite new and nice quality. We were given a ‘dog room’, only two doors from an exit.
There was some kind of foam on our bathroom floor, powdery. We couldn’t decide what it could be.

It was difficult for me to fall asleep, I was located on the second floor, but it was too noisy, and for some reason, I heard children making noises, like around 10:00 or 11:00 pm.

When I first arrived to our room I found an unscreened window open for some reason. This is the land of mosquitos. Fortunately there was no problem but why was the window open?

Understanding the pandemic is still active, however, breakfast was advertised and not provided. Also no pool etc. Otherwise good stay.

I was impressed with how clean the room not only was but the lightly scented air freshner throughout the room each time i went back in. I was also surprised that this hotel was pet friendly, but didn't smell or show signs of pets being present.

Cleaniness of the rooms , great service, eating area clean, affordable price I find on line for the king room.
Need king size pillows for king size beds, need more available wrap breakfast food in the morning, because of covid. Plastic Shower caps would be nice for the shower.
