I really enjoyed staying in this apartment for a week. Everything corresponds to the description - spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, huge and comfortable bed. For those traveling without a car or people who like walking - don't worry:) It's 12min walk to Trader Joe's supermarket 15min walk to the Notre Dame campus The bus station is just across the road - a 4min walk.
The walls are pretty thin. You can not only hear but also feel how people walk. But it didn't really bother me as I was out most of the time and after 11 PM it was quiet.

The little things like paper towels, cooking utensils, and soaps just made the stay a whole lot easier. It was super close to the center we had an event at. The guide to getting in the place was so straightforward.
You could hear street traffic pretty badly from the bedroom. It wasn’t anything that stopped us sleeping but any light sleeper would be bothered. Overflow parking is a nightmare. If you’re coming back late at night and have to cross a dark bridge that also opens down to walk next to a river, it’s terrifying and dangerous. This either needs a lot more lighting and signs to indicate it’s actually where we should park, or guests unfamiliar with your area should get a special parking by the building.

I was in an apartment on the 3rd floor. It would of been nice for my 89 year old mother to use an elevator instead of the stairs. :(

Well appointed, clean and centrally located apartment. Often when I stay in pet friendly places, my allergies act up. This apartment was cleaned so well, I had no allergies. The bed is really comfortable. Location is adjacent to the river walk for a morning run/walk and within walking distance to all downtown attractions.
The only negatives (which didnt bother us) were that the hallways had a strong smell from cooking (but our unit was odor free), and the pillows were a little uncomfortable.

The kitchen was very well stocked. The apt was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable.
The parking lot lights shined directly in the bedroom with only blinds to block it. Overwhelming fragrance upon arrival, but we opened the balcony door and it cleared after about an hour. There is no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor.

We really could use a small tv in at least one of the bedrooms when multiple guests are there. TV time in evening was a lil bummer. The parking was really difficult after 9pm. Why is the red garage spot not an option..?
