Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Falls Conference Center

The location was perfectly situated near the soccer complex. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. This hotel was very clean and comfortable!

The number of children and noise level in the pool area while trying to relax in the hot tub. Also, there were no towels in the pool area.

How clean it was and the rooms were big and comfortable

I did find a spot on the comforter when we got to the room but other then that it was very clean other thing I didn't like was the staff at breakfast didn't explain if the food was for us for free or if we had to pay which wasn't a be deal we just helped ourselves just seen them go up to the customers and tell them about it we did have one lamp too that didn't we also had a lamp by the bed that didn't work

The diversity and selection of draft beers at the bar/dining room was vastly beyond my expectations. The toilets were the fastest flush I've ever seen (shorter noise disturbance for neighboring guests). The front desk readily supplied additional (non-decaf) coffee K-cups for my room. This was the first hotel of five on my trip to provide an ethernet jack for internet access (lack of a cable is my own fault, but the staff provided directions to nearby department stores where I could buy one).

Although the hotel was almost out of vacancy (hosting a local high school prom on the day I visited), there was no (unoccupied) place to park my car where I could see it from my hotel room window. Very minor imposition.

Great stop-off on the way to see family in SoDak (from Chicago) The in-house bar and restaurant was perfect for unwinding. Didn't have to go roaming around the area looking for food and a beverage. Good restaurant food. Great service from everyone at this property.

The food was really slow coming out of the kitchen in the evening and again at breakfast. There were no events at the hotel so the likely expected a light crowd. Food was good, but slow.

Honestly the staff are what put it over the top. They were incredible! From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the ladies at the breakfast! Thank you!

There was construction going on, but the room was quiet. The pool was cold, but the hot tub was nice. The keurig didn't work.

The breakfast was not free so we choose not to go to the pay for option

The tv remote wasn’t working and the only staff was a young lady who said she didn’t have AAA batteries for the remote The hotel should have many cases in stock

The front desk employees. The young girl that checked us in never smiled or acted friendly in any way. Same with the morning girl. Plus she was not dressed to represent your hotel. She had a grey hoodie sweatshirt on a t-shirt.

convenient location, nice rooms

I made a reservation months in advance. I wanted/needed adjoining rooms. Personally called the property confirming my request, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. ☹️

I have stayed with this hotel a couple different times over the past two weeks and the first stay was a little rough due to an incident which occurred, however the manager went out of his way to ensure that my next stay (which was the following weekend) was in order and there were no mishaps and I enjoyed my stay within their hotel.

Daughter got a rash from the bedding. Maybe strong detergent. She’s played basketball so around the country and has never had a problem before.
