Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo

The hot water in the shower was awesome. There was a little seat if you wanted to sit down on it, the TV was nice and big and I could use my phone as a remote if I wanted. It was also able to hook up to my roku which was a bonus. There were multiple mirrors and the room didn't stink. If you get a chance to go to the restaurant, go. It was delicious!

There were only three pillows on the bed and we called the front desk THREE times for an extra pillow. We ended up not getting our pillow until housekeeping came by the next morning and we asked yet again. The pool area was crowded every time we went down there to see about possibly swimming, the molding in the shower was peeling and the grout wasn't the best looking. The room's night stand and dresser had dust on them and there was only one outlet close to the bed to charge electronics. There isn't a free breakfast but the little Cafe is pretty good. There also isn't a microwave in your room. You have to go towards the vending machines to warm food up.

The Blue's Brothers restaurant was great! My whole family loved the pool also!

Our room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There was a dirty towel left from the previous guests behind the door in the bathroom and the counter tops still had rings from where cups had been sitting. Our comforter also looked a little worn.

No breakfast. There is a coffee kiosk, but it's expensive and very busy. It would have taken an hour to get carry out sandwiches. Took 40 minutes to get coffee

Paper thin walls! Neighbors were loud and we didn't get Any sleep. Called the desk and neighbors were quiet after, but we could hear everyone in the halls and outside

A great place to stay after a long day a the water park, and ver close to plazas if you need to go for something you need or different (cheaper) to eat.

It’s a hotel in the casino, so be prepared for smoke smell when you get there. Other than that a great place to stay after a long day a the water park.

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was perfect next to the water park. The dinner at the italian restaurant was great.

The fan made a creaky noise. The hot tub went down and couldn't get in it.

Restaraunt was excellent for lunch and dinner.

Not much choice for breakfast, had to go elsewhere. Thermostat was locked. Set on 60, room said 62. Closer to 82 than 70 when going to bed, my head plugged up. Room was cooler when we got up, head was better. Pillows were to solid. I probably won’t be back.

Rooms were spacious, Large Bathroom with good lighting, Staff adjusted the assigned rooms to better fit our reason for the visit.

Construction made locating the hotel difficult. Casino guests were noisy when returning to the rooms. Minor repairs needed

The location was excellent. Would've liked a Cafe for breakfast. Everyone was really friendly. The rooms were very nice.

The WiFi connection wasn't good. The pillows weren't made of good quality.

We come and stay 4+ times a year and always have a pleasant experience. We are always pleased with our stay and that os why we always come back.

A morning breakfast would be a nice addition

The area I was in was fine I had no problems, it was comfortable and the area was very clean

The bed was not comfortable they needed to update the mattress it was wore down.
