Super 8 by Wyndham Dubuque

Love the bed how comfortable it was. the parking was right at front closes to my room. The bathroom was big, all very clean. A good location close to the mall.

my only complain was the breakfast room, during my week there it was always closed and with a number password on the lock, none of the staff told us the key to the door so we never use it. it was until the last day when we were leaving that the room was open.

The location was super convenient and clean. The room was a comfortable size and had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The restaurant next door was great!

Not a walkable friendly location. So many close restaurants, but on a busy road without sidewalks to get around. The TV was small, but we didn’t use it much, we spent most of our time out exploring the city.

Everything about the room itself was as expected.

If you say you’re a pet friendly hotel and then it isn’t until check in that you find out there’s additional charges if any pet hair is found on beds & furniture, that’s a bit unfair. This should be mentioned ahead of time somewhere.

Check-in was quick and easy and the EE was friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were okay. Hotel in general was slightly dated but it appears they are making some small changes.

When checking in, there was a gentleman painting the lobby. I have no issues with that but some of the items they had used earlier were laying in front of the check in desk. Not a huge ordeal but maybe remove them from the area if not needed.

Clean. Had a Great bathroom mirror with high tech lighting and a mirror that heats itself so it doesn’t fog up when showering.

Nothing. Excellent Mexican restaurant next to property

The room was clean and tidy.

1. The toilet seat was very loose. 2. The outside window was not very clean. 3. NO ICE!!! The ice machine was broken. With three floors, there should be an ice machine on every floor. This should be taken care of. 4. The breakfast was very minimal with coffee, orange juice, or milk only. Both the muffins and rolls seemed to be old and dry.

it’s says breakfast and all it had was cereal and cinnamon rolls the size of a quarter and the same were there all weekend. And they didn’t clean the room or bring clean towels

Location and dog friendly

Could have been cleaner and mattresses and couch not upgraded yet like other super 8s we have stayed at

The bed was comfortable. I had a mini fridge and microwave plus single serve coffee maker with coffee included. Nice flat screen TV and free wifi! Staff was wonderful and so helpful. There is a Mexican restaurant across the way. Food was delicious. Near historic downtown area and farmers market.

No continental breakfast!

It was right on hwy, so easy to find. Comfortable beds. Great showers.

The breakfast offerings were very slim. A box of Kleenex in the room would have been nice.
