Paola Inn and Suites

The staff and room were excellent. Our room was very clean and roomy, the bed was fabulous. We had a king suite, I was very impressed with how much room we had. The price was also in a decent range.

The breakfast wasn't very good and could use a lot of change. We had biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were cold and the gravy was hot thank goodness. They didn't have anything to keep the biscuit warm so it tasted like they just came from the fridge.

I thought this location was amazing. There were several restaurants and a walmart close by as well as being a 20 minute drive from an event we were in town for. The room exceeded our expectations and was spacious, clean, and welcoming. We will definitely book here again the next time we're in Paola!

The only thing that we didn't care for was the bedroom of our suite was significantly warmer than the living space (where the AC unit was) and could've used a fan or another AC unit in the actual bedroom.

I liked everything about this place. In a month of staying in motels. This was the best yet. Close to shopping and food. Quiet not at all close to a highway. Very comfortable.

As with every motel I stayed in, the maintenance was not very professional. This was a reasonably new property so it wasn't as apparent.

Clean, easy access to wal-mart, Pizza Hut, and Sonic. Downtown Paola is close by. Breakfast so the hotel is adequate, as is the wi-fi. Swimming pool is clean and maintained. Keeping in mind that Paola is in rural Kansas, and not in a major metropolitan area, this hotel was good value for the money. The staff could not be more friendly, and were eager to assist. We’ll stay here when we visit family.

I would have liked to have more choices at breakfast.

The front end staff, particularly Charlie provide exceptional service at this facility. It is a real gem.

Seemed there were staffing challenges and the room was not cleaned daily during the stay. Eventually requested new towels from housekeeping.

The entire Inn was very clean and well organized. I really like this place and will back on future trips to Paola, KS.

The ONLY reason I'm rating this a 9 is because the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain properly, otherwise it was an incredible stay.

The room was clean and quite. The breakfast included gluten free cereal and fresh fruit along with other delicious breakfast sandwiches, waffels, bisquits and gravey, etc. for those on a regular diet. Water bottles were available to take as well as good coffee, tea, and juices.

I liked that it is very clean, smells new and it is pet friendly. Only $10 extra fee for my dog. They served covid respecting breakfast for the guest that was very good too. When they say breakfast included, it is true, others say that but dont offer anything due to Covid. NO FALSE ADVERTISMENT ABOUT BREAKFAST!

There was nothing I didn't like

The property was very well kept and clean. The staff that I encountered were both very friendly.

The property could stand a little updating. My son was intrigued that the vending machine didn’t accept credit cards.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Coffee is always good. We had to stay longer because of a death in the family and they were very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast is not as good as it was before Covid, but I'm not sure that's their fault. Could us some fresh fruit.
