The bed was comfortable. There was a wide variety of items for breakfast, hot and cold. And items were kept filled. The rooms were very quiet.
Only one working ice machine on a weekend that the individuals staying were there for a car show in the park. The entrance into the rooms was a cluster of doors: entrance door, bathroom door, and closet door. Good get trapped in the doors. Property needs to be updated. There was not adequate parking for ever. Staff took a lot of smoke breaks. Seem to be a soap opera going on amongst the staff. Dining room chairs needed to be reupholstered.

Housekeeping was poor. We got the bare minimum in our room. Bed made and towels but no extra toilet tissue, the left no bagd for ice. It was just half done. Did not even pick up the tip we left so we kept it.

Located next to multiple quick, decent food options and even a Walmart. The room was very spacious. We were on a 28 hour road trip. We had planned to depart in the early hours and ended up sleeping in until 9. Very pleased with our comfortable stay. Will return if our path ever leads us back to Ottawa Kansas.
The shower could have been updated a bit. Other hotels we visited during our 9 day road trip had much nicer showers and updated soap options.

We have stayed at every major hotel in Ottawa and this one is our favorite. Super comfortable beds, wonderful saltwater heated pool, great breakfast, helpful staff...overall great stay.

The staff was friendly, and attentive We got an upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean and the bed was awesome, we even ordered some of the pillows for our home use.
The pool was not open. The eggs at the breakfast were not good

The location of the hotel is excellent. Also enjoyed having a view outside my window of a grass field with a few trees instead of buildings and bright lights.
My room could have been cleaned a little better and the drain stopper in the tub was broke.
