Quality Inn

We booked late in the day due to being chased by storms. Upon our late arrival, check-in was quick and we were in the room before the next round of rain. The room was clean, quiet, and breakfast in the morning had both hot and cold items. It was a pleasant experience for such a quick decision. Would definitely stay here again.

Arriving so late we didn't really have an option to request a bottom floor. Our room was on the second floor without an elevator. The staircase was straight up without a landing so struggled getting luggage up a flight of 16 stairs, but that shouldn't take away from the comfort of the room. Didn't like that there was no ice machine on the second floor, but again, doesn't take away from the comfort of the room.

We usually book an overnight room in Salina on the way to/from to Denver, Co to our vacation spot in Missouri. On the way to Missouri this time we stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Salina. What a dump that was. On the way back to Denver this time we purposely booked a room at Quality Inn in Russell, KS and we were so happy with the location, the staff, the room, the quietness, and the breakfast food offered was top notch - scrambled eggs folded over with melted cheese, sausage and biscuits, and good tasting coffee. No our next trip it will be Quality Inn in Russell. Thank you for a very pleasant overnight.

Can't think of anything negative to say.

Loved how clean it was, and the bed was super comfortable. The price point was perfect for us as we were traveling through and just needed an affordable option that was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and there was even a free breakfast included with a good varitlety of options for everyone. We travel through this area 1lonce to a few times per year and will make this a return option during our travels for sure! Thank you to everyone who maintains this hotel and makes it a great place to stay!

There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay

property is older but being renovated. room was clean and beds were very comfy. The owner/staff was so very nice and accommodated our request for first floor accommodations. this hotel is pet friendly. The location is very convenient with fast food and a convenience store within walking distance. Breakfast was included and had waffles, cheese omelettes, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal and very good coffee.

First class place to stay: exercise room, quality breakfast, larger mini-fridge and microwave, tv, internet, comfy bed, and good shower. Nice and quiet, safe parking under bright lights.

I count on a little freezer compartment in which to refreeze my blue ice for the next day's travel. There was no freezer section. Boo hoo. That's my only disappointment. I would stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate

I drive a large truck and the parking is sometimes good and sometimes not. It us hard to reserve a room in advance due to not knowing of parking is available

This is an older hotel, but the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was really very good! The hotel is conveniently located off the highway. It was a perfect one-night stop on our road trip.

There is no elevator in the hotel. This was a bit inconvenient given that we had a lot of luggage to haul upstairs.

Our room did not have any road noise despite being close to very busy highway. The breakfast was nice with the scrambled egg and cheese patties.

The shower curtain hanger was broken so water leaked out. One lamp switch didn't work so had to unplug it. we the staff know. The breakfast room was a bit crowded.

It was nice to have a hot breakfast to start the day. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We did not receive any kind of room service, cleaning, fresh towels, etc. Perhaps due to covid?? When I went to the desk and asked for fresh towels and coffee, the staff was always happy to get me more.

The bed was comfortable. The people at check-in and check-out were very nice. We didn't eat breakfast, but a peek into the breakfast room looked like it would have been satisfying.

There was no elevator. I didn't ask for a first floor room which made it a little difficult for my husband.
