Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Wichita East

This was an excellent hotel! We had a queen suite with sofa bed and it had plenty of room for our family. It also had a fridge and microwave as well as 2 tv's. The room was very clean. One of the best things was that they had gluten free bagels as part of the delicious breakfast.

There were only 4 towels and 2 washclothes for a 5 person room. It would have been nice to have more available.

The front desk clerk was awesome - very friendly, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool to relax after a long day driving. The prepackaged hot breakfast egg items - sandwich and quiche were quite delicious! Good variety of fresh fruit and yogurts too. The breakfast server kept everything well stocked and found our favorite tea bags.

Immediately I noticed the cleanliness of the hotel, the cleaning staff does amazing! Good job. I appreciate the ladies down at the breakfast bar in the morning serving us, lowering risk to pass along germs during this time. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I also like the outdoor sitting area with fire to offer another area to congregate. I will stay here in the future. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Our room was nice - the bathroom is roomy and comfortable. Bed was great - could have used a fourth pillow.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast accommodations. It was awkward to rely on a staff member to get what we wanted. We probably ate far less than we would have if we would have been able to see the items better and not rely on someone to bring them to us.

Good. A variety.

The clerk the night of my check in was very nice. I had a issue and he addressed the situation immediately. The jacuzzi was opened and amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

We were impressed with our shower and clean bathroom, and room. We were also impressed with how affective the staff was at conducting a covid safe method of breakfast. Everything was great!

We had no issues and nothing to state as "didn't like". There are always things that could improve if we were willing to pay for it-- but we weren't and the price matched the quality of the facility.

Everything else was good for a Covid stay. Had a double queen and sofa bed room for 4 adults. Only 6 pillows and they were not very thick. So 2 of us didn't have a second pillow to make the thickness better. Breakfast was mostly cold options with a few microwaveable pre-packaged items. Happy that the exercise room and pool were still available for use.

Only thing to comment was that the check-in staff wasn't at the desk for what felt like 10 minutes to check us in. It was just after midnight and was anxious to crash for the night.

Newer facility; Like the layout. The only things I want when choosing a hotel is the bed and room cleanliness, this hotel delivers.

Breakfast needs an overhaul. Packaged sandwiches are scary looking. At least have hot oatmeal and/ or a waffle maker.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was spacious and well cared for. We felt at home.

There were a few hairs from a prior Tennant in the shower. There was a balloon found under the couch. Not a fault of the hotel, but some people on the same floor were letting their minors run up and down the hall, after midnight.

The beds were comfy and clean as were the rooms. Staff was friendly and check in and out was so fast and easy. The pool and hot tub were both functional and no current restrictions due to COVID!

The breakfast wasnt what we expected. I think because of COVID restrictions there were only pre-packaged items available. Otherwise we would've given a perfect rating!
