Hampton Inn Wichita-East

The bed was very comfortable and the room nice but the bathroom needed some work done to it. I didn't like that made don't just come in and clean up and refill your towels you have to make a appointment but people don't always have time to do that.I was disappointed with the Breakfeast because we have been in many motels and the even had the sausage biscuits in the bags that you heat in microwave and Hampton one of the upty upty hotels and there breakfeast sucked. The swimming pool was ok but should of been heated it was very cold and it was a disappointment they had the hot tub shut down.

The rooms really need refrigerator and microwave in them.Im a diabetic do had no where to keep my ice packs frozen and the ice kept my insulin cold but I had nothing to keep my insulin cold going home so I had to trash my insulin because it was bad which insulin cost 500 and 700 dollars down the trash can

Great hotel for the low price! We checked in at night and the man (wish I got his name) at the desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very nice rooms and pool (although water on the cooler side). Convenient with being just off the interstate. Close to food and Walmart.

The pool not opening til 9 a.m. and closing at 7 p.m was a bit of a disappointment. Also, there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the our rooms (which is a big must for us). The breakfast area is open to use their microwave during the day and night, if needed, but is a bit of an inconvenience to do so. Cold prepackaged breakfast only (muffins, fruit, granola & fruit bars, yogurt, cereal containers, milk boxes) Would have liked a hot breakfast served.

It was a little short on food The staff said some food items had not arrived on time maybe do to recent Thanksgiving weekend. What they did have was good.

The building sat behind another building so was hard to see. No place to turn around if you missed it. I had to go on past the Highway over another highway to find a place to turn around and go back. Very inconvenient!!!

Breakfast was good. Very quiet and handy for travel theoughput the city.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave since we stayed several nights.

clean, organized, breakfast was excellent all the items were well stocked

a little confusion about when they clean the room, but when we called they immediately resolved our issue

It was amazing. Food was hot, staff was right there if you need anything.He was friendly and polite.place was neat clean,and comfortable. Definitely will come back.

A Hot tub. That would top it off.in

I liked the spacious breakfast area. There were several options for breakfast & coffee was available all the time.

The rooms should make microwave & fridges standard.

Hot tub was not working Not very many food options in the breakfast Two things we specifically chose this hotel for. Everything else about hotel was awesome! Great place to stay, very clean and nice staff!

Rooms were clean Staff was pleasant and responded quickly to our questions and needs

Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave as we expected. We didn’t discover that until AFTER we unpacked! Also the coffee was only decaf so we had to ask for regular

My kids really enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was excellent!

I wish there would have been a fridge and microwave in the room
