The staff at desk and maintenance were very cordial and informative the breakfast was good second day biscuits didn’t look appealing but definitely a Pugh choices maybe have bacon as an option

Our room didn’t have a table it was very noisy above us The vending machines in lobby way over priced those items do not cost that much lighting in room could be better .. but the main thing is clean and bed bug free rooms which it what we revieved

Everything about this property was great! It was SPARKLING clean and the note from the cleaning staff was a lovely touch. Everyone working at the property was professional and cordial. This property is maintained and run like a much higher end hotel, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bardstown!

Nothing! Everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay. Night and day from the LQ I reserved in Memphis.

Breakfast was good, but pretty basic and didn't change day-to-day. Room was very nice. Staff was nice.

The lighting in the room was bad. Always felt dark. Need an overhead light. The light switches were also a mess. Sometimes you killed power to the whole room, sometimes just a light. Trying to decipher the order to flip switches was dumb. Pool was very boring. And had to go to the front desk for a towel, which is dumb. Towels were also all kids sizes.

I really liked the lobby ambience when I first walked in. And people were sitting by fireplace enjoying drink and conversation. Staff so friendly and hard working. They had good brand tea rather than the cheap kind. Breakfast very good and hot.

Difficulty with streaming. Told since storm prior week. Corporate get on it. Staffing need, this is on corporate. Pay your staff more and you will get more staff and customers. One staff member on. Corporate get out of your chair and help. The water for my shower while not cold not hot enough.

Everything was very clean and new. Hotel staff very nice and helpful There is a pool, no hot tub or sauna. Very easy to get too off the main highway

The only complaint would be that breakfast ends at 9. Which is too early. But because it ends at 9, they stop putting stuff out like 8:15-8:30. So there’s nothing left if you show up at 8:45. That’s ridiculous

requested a small table and chairs because there was no where to sit together to watch tv, exchange Christmas gifts, etc…. there was ample of room to accommodate this being I rented a deluxe suite. No one replied to my request saying we don’t do that or whatever.

I would recommend this hotel, very clean. I love the idea that there was not carpet in the rooms. The only drawback was the TV. It was great that you could access the side door with your door key.

I do not like the fact unless it was a local channel that you had to log in to your account.

The staff was very friendly at check-in. And the hotel was nice and quiet and very clean.

There was an incident with a rude customer. Although I don’t like the way, the staff was treated, they handled it very professionally and well. I wish there were something I could do to make them feel more appreciated.

The hotel was clean and updated. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful checking me in and out.

My TV remote was broken, and the TV wouldn't work properly due to internet issues. The lights were hard to turn on and off.

Brand new facility with very clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms are equipped with all the necessities, including AppleTV, so you can login to your account to watch tv if you’d like. The continental breakfast had a good range of offerings and there seemed to be plenty of seating.

I wish they would offer adult only swim after 9 PM, so those without children can have a relaxing swim.
