Americas Inn Bardstown

I liked how close it was to some of the distilleries and to downtown Bardstown. The property owner was very kind and we got there after 8:00pm and he got us checked in without any issues. The room was really clean and nice.

The only complaints we really had was how uncomfortable the bed was and how noisy the people in the room above us were. I would recommend the owner just buying some new mattresses because the bed we slept in was so uncomfortable that my back hurt and couldn’t sleep or get comfortable but for us just staying a couple nights we just dealt with it.

Great location, just off the Bluegrass Parkway. Located in Bardstown - a lovely, friendly historic town with plenty of dining choices, and near bourbon trail destinations. The owner was very engaging and offered suggestions for seeing the area. The building has been well maintained and updated and everything was spotless. We like to stay in smaller lodging, rather than the big chains. This is one of the best we've found. Clean, comfortable, quiet, & convenient. Our king room on the ground floor was spacious with microwave, refrigerator, & coffee maker. The carpet looked brand new, and paint and wall coverings fresh & clean. Our room cost about $40 less than the big name motels - a wonderful value! Glad we found it.

No breakfast offered, but there were plenty of nearby dining choices. So it was not a problem!

It's was an older motel, but very clean. Had everything we needed.We liked the use of a key to open door, instead of the card type. Parked right in front of our door on the 1st floor.

The mattress was too firm, and the pillows were to thick. Too flat using one pillow, but too fluffy when using 2. Didn't sleep well, my back and leg hurt all night.

Owner was very friendly. Room spotless, comfy, & spacious. Fridge, microwave,coffee maker in room. Good TV service. We appreciate that there was no "free" breakfast - we don't need it, and we saved over $50 by not staying at a place that offered more frills. This is a wonderful choice & we'll be back!

Very friendly receptionist. The location was great, so close to many of the distilleries and the highway making it ideal.

A little musty when first arrived but that quickly went away.

Bourbon Museum, Civil War Museum

Mamma ' dinner was great.Breakfast the next morning was a rip off. More than 3$ for toast...every place I 've been to toast is included. Wasn't told 2 PCs of bread was 3$. Pat's for breakfast was real good,TOAST included.

No breakfast at this location. Good location, easy access. Only minutes away from The Amp at Log Still Distillery

Everything was excellent

The Owner is very friendly and very accommodating. I Loved my stay very quite, he does not allow any trouble. I felt safe and comfortable traveling solo. I will be booking another stay at his hotel! 5 star in my opinion!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The owner of this motel is fantastic ...he keeps the lawns and shrubery manicured beautifully ...was so helpfull . Even offered to personally drive us downtown

For the price ...it is great value for a clean and well cared for small motel

The facility was verry clean and we liked how the owner conducted his business. He was approachable and accommodating. The motel is inexpensive, has everything one needs for a short stay. Fridge and microwave are a plus.
