Clean, beds are comfortable, small refrigerator in room. keurig and coffee pods.

The pool area and fitness center is mediocre. indoor pool is pretty small and the area in general. No hot tub. The fitness center is very small. No extra blankets or a pillow in the rooms for the pull out beds. paying $233 after tax for one night (and that's just for one king bed. If you need 2 queen beds it costs more.. the continental breakfast is ok.. You would think for a hotel this expensive at least the amenities would be up to par. Restaurant in the building but it wasn't open on a Saturday. Not sure if it's temporarily closed or something 🤔 expensive hotel and not much to offer.

The hotel is like new. The bed and pillows were comfortable and provided a great night's rest. The room was large with plenty of space for luggage. Check out was a breeze. It was located near a Cracker Barrel, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and effecient.

The hallway to our room could have used a vaccuuming. We arrived at our free breakfast at 8:55 am (closed at 9 am) only to have cold cereal, rock hard biscuits, and some yogurt. I know, we were pushing the time limit, but a friendly reminder to future travelers to arrive at breakfast earlier than 8:30 a.m. Staff member reminded us that we had only 5 minutes to make our selections. Good thing Cracker Barrel was next door, but one of the reasons we stayed there was for the free food. We learned a lesson.

The lock on the door would not align with the jam, fortunately, I was able to speak to the owner of the hotel as he was attending other business and was kind enough to open the gym so I could get some water, I told him of the mis alignment and have no doubt it will be attended to, his disposition and interest was genuine.

The hotel was clean , comfortable, and convenient. Day staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff was very, very helpful!

Unfortunately, I did not get the same friendly vibe from the afternoon staff at check in. This was one stop of many on our trip (including a different Holiday Inn Express) and usually my request for an extra pillow is met with the same cordiality as when I first walk in. This was not the case here. I felt like my request was an inconvenience.

I loved how it had anointing rooms! The bed was so comfortable too!! I stayed here the night before my wedding and used two anointing rooms for my family and I to get ready. The staff were so kind and very accommodating! The rooms were very clean too!

They didn’t have extra pillows for the pull out bed. Lol! Anyways, not a huge problem considering they had a bunch of pillows on the beds. Also, not enough reason to take away from a five star review.

Easy to find. Great location! Clean outside and in!

clean, smelled new

booked this hotel for the pool as an amenity for the kids. upon checking in, found it was closed for maintenance and was told it would be open the next day. it was never opened while we were there

Everything was fantastic. The hotel smelled new.

There were a ton of kids in the pool which kept the adults from being able to swim. There should be a separate kids pool or “adult swim” hours.

the light in the ceiling blinks and lights up the room to much the tub didn’t drain well in tub we booked this for the pool and it was not working

Nice hotel. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Temperature in room had to get 2-3 degrees below set point before heat would turn on. The water pressure in the shower was too low.
