Fairfield Inn & Suites Bardstown

The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk person to the cleaning staff to the breakfast person. Hotel breakfast was awesome -lots of choices/variety and the food & beverage was fresh. Eggs were real and not powdered or watered down. Hotel & room was clean and updated and there is plenty of parking. Has a nice pool. Hotel is centrally located & is a great place to stay if you are going on bourbon tours.

The HVAC unit in room 202 was very rattly/noisy. Maybe it needs to be serviced? We have a similar unit in our home and it is much quieter. My other suggestion is to provide hand lotion, even if it's on a container fixed to the wall like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Location great close to all the attractions . Staff super helpful and friendly . Very clean rooms, staff brought me non-feathered pillows right away. Breakfast was good and they kept it fully stocked.

Exercise room…..add a tv so you can watch it while running or hook up the machines to the cable. Beds not the most comfortable very firm. Air conditioner seems to shut off in the middle of the night, not sure if that was user error, haha.

The guest accomodations were amazing, spacious room perfectly clean and inviting, guest work out area, breakfast area, fresh water out for guests at reception, kind and funny staff, great breakfast selections, near downtown Bardstown, great parking and access. Well lit and felt very safe.

Can not think of a thing. It was a great place, and I would stay there again. My daughter and her husband recommended from their past trip.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Always smiling and seemingly trying to find work to do. Nicest folks I have encountered in the hotel industry in quite a while. Got the perfect room in a perfect location. Super clean facility all around. Just perfect.

I prefer single use toiletries. Fairfield Inn and Suites uses communal pump bottles for shampoo and body wash. I literally had to search for that one "con"!

Felt very modern and new, with USB outlets everywhere and very nice shower hardware.

The breakfast was not enjoyable at all and would definitely not recommend eating the wet bags of microwaved sandwiches. Also had a special request prior to arrival and multiple messages back and forth with a member of staff who said the accommodation would be made, but sadly upon arrival I found that the simple special request involving a banana was not executed.

Excellent location, close to bourbon trail and restaurants close by. Comfortable bed, spacious room, clean and quiet with good temperature control. Parking lot was well-lit. Lobby is spacious with many gathering areas if visiting with other friends/family. Staff friendly and helpful and the fitness room was great.

No complaints.

Breakfast was very good--best continental breakfast I've had since Covid. Tracy at the front desk was one of the friendliest hotel receptionists I have ever seen, and I'm 60 years old. Actually, all the staff was very friendly, but she was top notch.

Bathroom sink had almost no water pressure--stream of water was about pencil thin or thinner.

The staff! Tracey and others made us feel very welcome, “at home” at the Fairfield and Bardstown. Rooms were very comfortable. Good recommendations for dining.

The adjustment to housekeeping services. It was explained to us and is understandable. But not expected at a Marriott property.

Everything was great, Good food choices for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I was very pleased with the hotel.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. I have no complaints about anything to comment on.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was nice and spacious. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast. I took my kid's for the pool. The beds were nice. The bathroom was very big and bright.

Pool was very small. The picture of the pool made it look bigger. The pool is a salt water pool and is not heated. The room is heated.
