comfortable beds, good water pressure and the woman who checked us in late night was extremely friendly and kind. Well light at night. Price was great. love the fridge and microwave. great for solo travelors and families.
the breakfast is light but for the price it was good. Toaster waffles, toast, jam, 2 cereals with milk, instant oatmeal, coffees, juices and fruit.

The cleaning service came at 9:00am knocked on door before checkout time and that is at 11AM. We put are stuff in car at 10:4?am I went back to grabe my drink and cleaning was already in my room before I had officially checked out!!!! I won't go back. Cleaning people should wait until they know for a fact that they can go into a room

I could’ve had more options for breakfast. I was with my mother and she couldn’t eat the waffles are the muffins or the cereal the vending machine for chips and candy was not working the Coke machine everything was out except for sprite or Diet Coke.

Quiet and accessible to All I need
The location was exceptional because it was near to everything that we needed however in the room you can tell that they hadn't been in there to clean or that room hadn't been used in some time because they were only one washcloth in there and dust and I had to change the toilet paper luckily there was a new road in the room,but that was easily address with the phone call I also didn't like the fact that there was no cable television there however I seen an adapter if you wanted to bring your fire stick or Roku device with you

Loved Jonathan Wilson. Booking.com customer service was horrible. Took over ten calls and two hours for them to correct our booking. He went above and beyond to try to speed them up.
Booking.com customer service is awful. It is slow and ineffective. We waited 2 hours to get in our room and it was 3 am Booking.com needs to revamp their system.

Hotel was convenient to Expo center.
As soon as we pulled in, the entrance was blocked from fallen gutter & fascia off building. Room could have been a little cleaner. Night Front desk staff was short worded when asked for recommendations of places to eat after arrival.

The staff was very friendly. They seemed a little overwhelmed, it was very busy night but still was gracious and kind.
The only thing we found wrong was our room was missing towels which they could have run out when they were cleaning this room and gotten squirreled and forgot to go back and fill them. This was an easy fix.

It was a convenient location to visit my dad at Valley Farms and friends in the area. Comfortable beds.
The room smelled of cat spray, I told the staff, the next night it had a strong smell.I am not a smoker. Thought it was a non smoking room.
