Hampton Inn Louisville Airport Fair/Expo Center

Pool was great. Being able to have 2 rooms across the hall from each other was extremely helpful, especially having children in both. Staff was great.

One of our rooms had blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Staff was quick to come change them when we called, but the beds should have had clean bedding before we got there. The airport is a little closer than we realized. Maybe as a courtesy, offer earplugs or a fan. Or at least mention the location on your website so that customers will be aware that the noise may wake them up.

expensive for what you got: outdated, poor hairdryer, cost more than others nearby with a microwave, food to cook in it, etc. loud trash trucks on Thursday night - banging metal, beeping backup at 4:30 am and then again at 5. Never got back to sleep after waking me twice and had to get up around 6. so basically got up at 4:30am and had to be on all day!!! not good. Also blinds no curtains and bright light seeps in around it from parking lot lights.

Breakfast was excellent each day, with a big selection. Name brand muffins and yogurts were a part of the breakfast, along with potatoes, eggs and sausages. I liked that dogs were allowed and it was in a safe location so when you took them outside during the dark evenings, you felt safe.

It was pricey. I found a Surestay around the corner for a much better rate but I missed the cancellation deadline which was 4 days ahead of the stay.

It was very close to the Expo Center. Staff was very friendly.

I don’t think they anticipated the amount of people that were booked for this weekend. The Classic Basketball Tournament was at the Expo Center. They ran out of waffle batter on Saturday and did not offer waffles on Sunday because they were out of syrup. My daughter found a hairbrush under the edge of the bed from the previous guests that occupied our room.

The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold selections. The dining room was spacious. The location was close to the expressway exits and entrances. Hila the Front desk person, was exceptional assisting me to print returning home directions as my phone failed to charge overnight, requiring a back-up if the phone/GPS car charger failed.

the airplanes as they roared over in the morning, and then again, it was no secret the hotel was near the airport.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety to choose from. Close to the expo center and restaurants. Would stay there again.

The beds need to replaced. Ours was worn out and lumpy.

Water in bathroom was scalding. Ended up burning my foot getting into the shower. Temperature know stuck all the way hot and it was too hot. Bottom of my foot still hurts.

It was close to the airport and and a mall and places to eat. The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. The price for our stay was beyond me expectations. There where not hidden fees and we absolutely loved the breakfast. In today covid erra the breakfast was a perfect 10 in my families book.

Breakfast was better than expected. Would be nice to have bacon one morning. Staff for breakfast were fantastic and very helpful Cleaned tables as soon as people left.

Location was great. And shuttle service was a bonus, they would take us in 3 mile radius of hotel which was nice.

Glad they had breakfast but wish they had more vegan options.
