The breakfast options were great and the staff working the morning shift were friendly and helpful.

One of our pillowcases was dirty. We belived it to be makeup. The only other issue was our toilet would not flush. However, the maintenance man showed up quickly and fixed the issue.

I recently stayed at the Tru by Hilton hotel, and it was great. The hotel is brand new, and its location within walking distance to the Kentucky Exposition Center made it the perfect choice for my trip. The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel is the availability of a free van transfer service. This was a nice bonus that added to the convenience of my stay.

The breakfast could've been better. While it was not a major issue, it was the only area where the hotel fell short.

The entire staff was very helpful and always very friendly, Grant went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The lobby was a great place to relax with the multiple seating options, pool table, and well stocked games. The breakfast area was great with options for everyone. The rooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, and towels. The shuttle service to the expo center was such a bonus. We will certainly stay at the hotel in the future.

The hotel has a great vibe, the staff were welcoming, and the room was modern, functional, and clean. We only stayed one night but it would have been sufficient for multiple nights as well.

The hand soap and shower gel had not been refilled when we got into our room. We meant to call down and ask for them to be filled, but because we were only staying one night, the toiletries we brought were all that we needed. So all in all, not a strong negative.

the location is everything. least than a mile from the venue.

the takeaway is not enough parking. shared parking with other facilities, I didn’t appreciate the receptionist (male) who was more interested in me checking out (at 5:30am) then assisting me quarters to wash the basketball team uniforms at the neighboring facility next door. he said, “go next door they will help you there!” he was nasty! !! but the young lady who checked me in was nice, explained the laundry situation, (that’s how I knew to go next door). because she was nice, the location, and the cleanliness of the property is why the ratings are high.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, to include the receptionist, Antwone, who gave us a recommendation for some of the best, delivered to our room, pizza ever! The breakfast was quite good; nice selection, to include hot options (eggs, bacon/sausage and pancakes) The location is very convenient to both the airport and the Expo Center

I am ready for the daily maid/cleaning service to resume....at this point I think COVID is just an excuse for the hotels to save money. At least come in and empty the trash. We were at the property for three days & nights and our room was never serviced. I don't feel that having the trash emptied is a service I should have to request!

The location was perfect for the activities we did. The area was quiet and easy to get into and out of.

Parking is shared by 3 hotels so very spread out of you don't get one of the few up close. The oatmeal at breakfast was not edible. It was runny and bland. We did breakfast out the next 2 mornings. Cleaning service is by request so we just asked for fresh towels once but the non-English speaking employee didn't understand my request and only gave me bath towels when I asked for hand towels also.

Kyle greeted us warmly and genuinely. Accommodated us with an early check in. The bag with water and a snack bar was much appreciated. Loved the main room with pool table, games, and plenty of snack/drink choices. Free shuttle was excellent in that once we arrived we could just park and not worry about anything else and drivers were super nice and knowledgeable about restaurants, etc. nearby. All staff very courteous!!

Clean room, good breakfast, good location, quiet, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay in this location again!

Our only issue was with the tv and remote in our room. We couldnt get them to work consistently. We only stayed one night so we did not complain to the staff about the issue.

Booking.Com did not have my reservations made, but the Gentleman at the front desk never blinked he made me feel safe and I knew I would get a room he went above and beyound to make sure I got a room and that the reservation with booking.com was cancelled.

The fact that I paid booking.com and they did not have my reservation made. Now I am having to keep checking to make sure my reservation was cancelled and my money refunded.
