Red Roof Inn Louisville Expo Airport

Very clean rooms with all essentials included. The bed was very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was very good, and I really appreciated it. The staff was respectful and did their best. Thanks for the good service and please keep up the good work!

The room was lacking a refrigerator, but I guess this is the same for all Red Roof Inn locations. Other than that, nothing negative here.

I chose this hotel because it was close to my workplace. When I arrived, I was greeted by efficiency. I was attended by a polite staff member. He did the paperwork promptly and I got out of there in 10mins. My room was clean, lights were working well. The towels were clean and did not smell of smoke.

People was cool The guy on third shift went above and beyond his duty to serve me as a customer. The guy was so polite. I needed an extra towel I went to the office ask for one he told me sure sir go back to your room and rest yourself I'll have you one momentarily within 5 minutes he was knocking at the door a light bulb was out of my room told him within 5 minutes he was knocking at the door very fine young man. Thank you very much little baby for your generosity and kindness. The guy told me he would even pray for me how are you going to hear that at you would never think to hear that at a hotel especially with one at an excellent exceptional price thank you

Traffic was horrible

Good location. Parking was really great, was able to park in front of my room. The lady who checked me in was polite and very helpful. It was nice having a Waffle House right in front of facility, in walking distance. The overall design of the building...having elevators in center, even room numbers in front of building and odd rm numbers on back of building. I loved that I could bring my little dog and the staff was animal friendly!

Vending machines not working, there was a man walking past, he replied, "they never work". Room was clean, however, it had a s/w unpleasant odor, like moisture/mildew. Beds were comfortable, pillows were too small, not comfy at all. The room had a lot of flies. There was no hair dryer. Microwave did not work.

Everything exceeded my expectations!!! It was a very clean bedroom, and it was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was so clean they looked brand new!! What a joy!!! Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping staff.

Everything was so good!!!

The customer service was great they welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. If I need anything they don't hesitate to help.

Wasn't much to dislike really. A few sketchy people staying there that smoked a lot of pot and you could smell it and some loud people one night but otherwise it was fine. I'd stay again

It was a nice size room. Comfortable bed.

The lady who checked me in was very rude to me. Claimed I had an attitude. Was complaining about how busy it was the day before. All I did was ask her a question. Won't come back. Nobody should be treated like that.

I like the fact when we got there we was able to check in early and the staff was nice about it and I liked that

the bed was uncomfortable the pillows were flimsy I tossed and turned all night couldn't get comfortable due to the bed and the pillow

The cost was good. Very accessible to everything.

The area seems a little shady. Try to talk to a couple of housekeepers and they didn't understand English. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket my first night and never got it.
