Comfort Suites Louisville Airport

Breakfast was alright. Sausage was undercooked and sausage patties I believe are more preferred than links. Overall breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked. Hotel does show signs of wear and tear but overall in great shape and kept clean. Staff was very friendly

The smoking of pot was prevalent by the back door near the pool. On two different occasions staff members were out there obviously smoking and purposely hid there joint as we (our youth group) walked by. I know you cant control the behavior of guests but to have staff smoke on the premises I sure is against your policies.

Great location and affordable cost. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food locations nearby. The pool was open, but no one was using it, when we were there. So, it was a nice way to relax. The size of the room was nice and the sofa bed / sitting area was a pleasant change from just a bed and a desk chair.

The only complaints I have is we did find one roach in the bathroom. Is that a deal breaker from staying here? No. We made sure to look around at check-in and throughout our stay. We did bring some food in from the restaurant next door, but also made sure to keep the room as clean as possible. Second minor issue was the temperature of the pool and pool room. It was a bit chilly and the water was a little cool, but the second day we went to the pool they must have turned up the heat because it was definitely better.

Room was clean, air conditioning/heating worked, internet functioned, hot water worked, bed was comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Located in vicinity of some chain restaurants if needed. I didn't use the TV, can't comment.

Internet was a bit slow, it appears to be contracted out to a remote company. Room was a bit dated, but otherwise clean. Shower head could be better but still had hot water.

It had a pretty good location. The staff were helpful and friendly.

No complaints by any means… but a second waffle maker would be very helpful. I felt terrible when I was making waffles for myself and my family. I tied up the waffle maker for at least 10 minutes making my family 1 each. With a second one, other families wouldn’t have to wait so long.

Breakfast was great! A real breakfast selection! Biscuits, gravy, egg, sausage plus waffles, bagels, cereals.

Heated indoor pool could have been warmer. Not sure if it was the room temperature or the water temperature but it was not comfortable to swim which was one of our main reasons of choosing this hotel.

Hotel staff were nice and for my short term stay it was satisfying . The location was only 15 mins from every area I visited including the food festival .

There was no jacuzzi or hot tub but that’s okay

The room, much ac comfortable beds, need smart tv's

Service delivered what I needed in the room what I requested and didn't get like towels for example.

Mr. Shah and his staff were excellent. Their friendly yet professional manner made my family's stay one I will be talking about for awhile. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the pool and breakfast was very nice then it was close to nice food places

when I had first looked at my room it looked like somebody had just left bed not made a cup had black substance in it on the table the room just wasn’t cleaned

Good hot breakfast. Kept stocked and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sofabed had been previously broken but had not been reported. There is no way the cleaning staff could have missed it since the head support frame was broken in two.
