You could literally “smell” clean as soon as you entered the hotel! Beds very comfortable- rooms spotless- the only negatives were that we didn’t have maid service the 2nd day (short staffed like every other company out there) so we had to turn in used towels and get fresh towels ourselves. Staff was very apologetic and helped immediately. Breakfast was ok considering covid preventative measures were still in place. No pancake/waffle machine. Pre-made hot biscuit breakfast sandwiches, bagels, danishes, muffins, cereal, fruits, oatmeal, etc.. Grandkids said pool was cold so didn’t swim long. Overall a great comfortable stay and a terrific value.

Had a plugged toilet, a manager told the person on the phone that they were there by themselves that I would have to come down and get a plunger. That person was very rude. I understand being by yourself. But it can be said in a different way.

The hotel staff bugged us on Sunday morning before check out ! Two different times they came to the door and knocked on it one time at 8 o’clock in the morning woke us up , the second time was at 9:15 not very nice. We didn’t check in until midnight and then they woke us up 😐

The front, Desk lady Billy was absolutely amazing went over and beyond did everything she could to make us happy…

Facilities appeared to be recently renovated -- clean and nice. No issues with breakfast, services, etc.
Bed selection (room with 2 small beds instead of queen or king in order to obtain nonsmoking) was less than ideal. Probably would've selected suites if they had been offered.

Breakfast was good. I was not amazing, but the hotel the night before did not have any at all due to COVID, so we were thrilled it was even offered! :)
A few more towels in the room. I did let them know on reservation that there were 3 adults, but only two sets of towels in room. That was a bit annoying, but was solved quickly.

the parking is not great but everything else was good. oh and the breakfast was not good either. it was all like prepackaged kinda continental type but advertise hot breakfast included.
