Quality Inn

Breakfast was better than other hotels; had many more choices than most;

the first thing we noticed was that one pillow on each bed looked dirty; we didn't know if they had not been changed or was just stained from someone who had used hair color that wouldn't come out in the wash; we pulled those pillows off and didn't use them; we left them in a chair; there was definitely a yellowish/brown tint on both; not the whole pillow; just where a head would have gone; probably a stain; we discussed having staff come in to look but decided not to cause a fuss;

location was great for the Ark. i was very impressed with the breakfast. they had a full hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit and more. we had to tell them what we wanted and take the trays to our rooms, but it was fantastic. the kids loved it. the location was close to many restaurants and gas stations. lots of local places to eat. the staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the Ark.

we loved the two nights we stayed, nothing could have been better. However, we didn't use the business center or workout facilities. im not sure what they offered. we were having too much fun around the area.

Location was close to the interstate, numerous restaurants nearby. Short drive to The Ark Encounter. Quiet and clean. Employees were very nice. Easy parking. Beds were very comfortable. Over all great place to stay.

Breakfast is terrible. Worst eggs and sausage I have ever attempted to eat. If you are looking for bagels, muffins and waffles they got you covered. If you want a real breakfast you'll need to go to The Big Boy next door.

I didn't eat breakfast there but i all looked delicious. I was really impressed of the cleanliness of the hotel. I really can say that is the cleanest hotel i have stayed in and that means a lot to me. I mean its cleaner than some high inn hotels that i have stayed. The environment was so quiet and the receptionist was so amazing and kind. I will be returning soon to stay overnight to take my grand kids to see Noah Ark.

They were the closest to the Ark Encounter we were there for. It is an older hotel but has been kept up. Only suggestion is to be sure you have a power strip if you have more than 2 people and CPAP, to charge phones, laptops, watches, etc. Room super clean. Breakfast was really good! Staff serving made sure all was cleaned and were very helpful. Nice staff on desk.

Need charging ports. More light in rooms.

Enjoyed the king bed with a couch for lounging. Place was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent but nothing too special about it. The price was higher than you'd expect in that area, but I believe it's because of the Ark Encounter close by.

The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the price was a little high, but it was a good location for the Ark Encounter.

Comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Love seat and chairs so didn't have to just sit on the bed. Accessable plugs in lamp base. Room was very clean with no odor and plenty of pillows.

Need signs to indicate the breakfast overflow area, no one said anything until people took food back to their rooms. Need a bell at counter to get service when no one is there.

It was in a very good location. Restaurants, gas stations and a hospital nearby. The staff did everything they could to make your stay comfortable. Little things like a night light in the bathroom and offering the conference room for an over flow area for the breakfast room.

There was only one negative. The young girl at the desk in the evenings was more interested in her phone than she was greeting guests. She rarely smiled or spoke.

Karla (believe to be her name on the night staff) was extremely curtiuos and helpful even when a hugh spider came to visit for the night. Like SuperWoman she came to save and destroy the enemy foe!!! Also staff was very complient to extra bathing needs when required for weary travelers.
