Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dry Ridge

The breakfast was good. Eggs were some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I watched them interact with other people throughout my stay and they treated everyone as guests. Loved the location. Tucked right off the highway, lots of restaurants close by but it wasn’t in a congested area.

Would have been nice to have a pool and an exercise room. We went to the Creation Museum and Ark and both days had the evening open.

Staff was very friendly and this was a good value. The staff cleaned our room while we were out and did the cutest thing. My grandson collects stuffies (stuffed animals) and the staff arranged them all over the room like a zoo or as if the animals had placed themselves into different positions! A cute surprise for our return from our day out!!

The building definitely needs some updating. It could use new carpet. Air conditioning not the best but it was fine for us considering we were only there to sleep and shower.

the eggs were soggy, sausages weren’t that good, carpet in halls is ugly, housekeeping entered our room with us in it, no place to do hair and makeup outside of the bathroom. not practical when you have more than one female need large mirrors outside of the restrooms.

very convenient to our conference at the Ark Encounter and many restaurants nearby. Wonderful breakfast with many options-hot & cold. microwave and refrigerator always a nice option.

We had to cut our stay short and management not only canceled our last night without penalty but helped us find our next stop.

The friendly hospitable staff

Carpeted rooms- cannot be as thoroughly cleaned as laminate. Shower head could not be adjusted to shorter height without spraying in the wrong places and had to be held by one hand while bathing with the opposite hand which presents a fall hazard.

The room met our needs and I checked with Ashley, if we could check in at 1pm, owner was on sight and he said we could. The breakfast was good and waffle machine was a big winner with family. The bed were comfortable and we got a good night of sleep, making us ready for a big day.

Nothing, it all starts with the front, Ashley was great, which left us glad we had picked this one.

The cleanness of the campus and the motel my room every thing. I did not ask for anything special. Everything was beautiful. There was no noise so we slept well. The breakfast area was well kept.

Maybe serve bacon on your breakfast bar and add some more fruit. maybe some yogurt cups.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good! We feel they did an excellent job using safety precautions due to Covid, but still providing a great experience. It was also much quieter than the last place we stayed!

We were surprised to find out that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which wasn't a huge deal, but the ceiling over the tub did look cracked. Also, Google maps wasn't working right on my phone, and we had a terrible time finding the place. If there was a sign after we turned right at the end of the exit ramp, we certainly didn't see it!

The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved the shower. Super hot, great water pressure, and they had all the soap and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. The continental breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband said the bed was a little hard. I thought it was perfect. We both slept great.
