Quality Inn & Suites Benton - Draffenville

Staff was great! Felt safe and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Room was missing light socket covers. Someone had taped down the curtains so that the air would flow into the room I guess. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold spots all over it. The fridge froze anything we put in it no matter what temp it was set at.

I am a picky eater when it comes to breakfast and would have preferred a fruit option and or oatmeal. Also, some alternative flavors for creamer. The coffee was just fine as well.

The stay, staff, vicinity too my destination was great. The manager Lillie was one of the nicest people I have met! If I’m ever in Benton I would return to stay their. Not much I didn’t like.

Very clean and comfortable room. Exceptionally quiet for quilt week. Close to Paducah with many food options available. Very friendly staff.

No microwave in my room. Breakfast was adequate to start my day. Please consider adding instant oatmeal and a unsweetened cereal.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived late, the pool was closed but we were allowed to unwind and swim for a few minutes before bed. Tina, who supervised the breakfast room was attentive and gave us some excellent suggestions on things to do in the area. She was outstanding!

Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. Easy access to and from Interstate. Indoor pool was nice and warm. I would have given the hotel a better overall rating, but they do not have an elevator. However the staff were so helpful assisting us to get our luggage upstairs.

The hotel needs an elevator. Other than that I had absolutely no issues.

Everything was super great above our expectations. ALL of the staff were outgoing & very helpful at all times. Very clean & well maintained room. Breakfast was great, hot items to choose from & a very clean dining area..

A large/larger sign needs to be at the door no children permitted entrance into the pool without a guardian/parent present at all times. In came a group of 4/5 kids estimating to be around 7-11 years old who immediately dive bombed continously. My Mother was seated on a lounger taking in the sun reading a magazine while I was in the pool. She was completely drenched. We decided to leave immediately & as we were leaving I assume a Mother/guardian was knocking at the pool entrance to let her in.

Very clean very friendly staff.Great breakfast. Very helpful front desk. When they say Southern hospitality is the best they must have stayed here or visited.

I honestly can't think of a thing they could have done better

I felt welcomed and very safe while there. Everything was very clean. I had just left another Quality Inn in the area, and I told people I felt as though I was in a 4-5 star hotel here compared to the first one I stayed in!

This hotel was very clean and very comfortable. It smelled great, it was quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Just 15 minutes from Kentucky Lake. I will stay here again!
