Best Western Paducah Inn

The location was great. The staff was friendly. And the hotel was very clean. I did not check out the other amenities, but I was impressed with what I came across.

How the rooms were freezing when you walked into them. Need more restaurants around or at least have the front desk associate give recommendations on where things are at and if something is going on in the area

It was comfortable, clean, and at a convenient location. The employee at the desk was accomodating. Comfortable beds, really hot water. It was a good night's sleep. Effective.

There was no lotion in the room and the breakfast was not adequate for gluten-sensitive people. My experience at the hotels that serve breakfast is that they include eggs, even in a simply prepared form like boiled and kept in the fridge. They had none. and the other options were limited (pancakes, danish and cold cereal). I would say that specific morning, breakfast was their weakest link.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The staff had just handled an emergency on the property but maintained their professionalism and sense of hospitality. The property and room were clean and well appointed. We appreciated the location just off the interstate and parking for our suv and trailer. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Also, the coffee was excellent.

We had two blown tires on a trailer we were pulling. It was after hours and unable to purchase new tires so we had to spend the night somewhere. This hotel was right where we had been stranded so it worked out great! Employees were very hospitable and courteous to us and we got a much needed good night's sleep!

Convenient to the interstate and close to things to do. While my stay was just to get off the road after a day of driving, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall comfort. Breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room smelled a little musty but that’s to be expected close to water like that.

The woman who checked us in couldn't have been nicer. She was amazing and was able to accommodate my family with our many requests with a smile on her face.

The pool was closed and we weren't notified before our stay.

The breakfast was good. There were choices of cereal, fruit, OJ, Coffee, Sweet buns, mini muffins, and a waffle machine.

I was hoping to get into the pool but I was a) too early in the season and b) the pool was damaged and therefore closed. Sigh!

not close to restaurants. have to drive to get a burger and beer. Note that a lot of restaurants close either early or are closed on a Monday. breakfast is all carbs, except for fruit and eggs.

I have been staying in dozens of hotels while looking to buy a new home and the hotel by far was the cleanest yet! Very very nice. Staff friendly! Highly recommend!! And it right near the Freeway system

I would avoid room 101 if you don’t want to hear people getting ice! Otherwise it’s right next to exit for ease of loading and unloading luggage!

Location was good for us. Short drive to lots of different activities.

Our sink didn't drain very well. Breakfast was the same thing for 2 days.
