Location was good!
Hot tub was labeled as not working. At check out I mentioned we would not have picked this hotel if I had know the hot tub didn’t work. The price was a lot more than other similar hotels. My self and my son in the military both have current injuries that we looked forward to relaxing in a hot tub

Ronnie was super nice. I had to drive 30 minutes in the snow having multiple anxiety attacks. Ronnie made me feel so at ease and helped me out when I had problems. I will return just for him.
The room could use a little tlc but the comfort makes you look past that.

The room and cleanliness were very good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Due to COVID restriction breakfast was not the usual, but at least was offered packaged and they had excellent coffee which what you really need for breakfast too. The fireplace in the lobby patio was so romantic.
The only tiny downside the electric plugs in the room were a little bit loose. Couldn't charge my phone well but you gotta try all of them plugs in the room until you find that good one.

It’s dated, the outside needs pressure washing, the towels and linen are very worn. Staff was friendly and professional and the hotel appeared clean, just need new linen, towels, and minor curb appeal. Next time visiting Clarksville I’ll consider them again.

Booked specifically for pool but couldn’t use as all reservations were taken d/t covid. So our family with 5 kids couldn’t use it as an old man was in the hot tub .
