Mainly the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
I noticed that there were dust bunnies that had accumulated under the AC unit and it was rather loud as well. The gym could use a pull-up bar or something like that. The shower curtain liner was to short witch allowed water to get on the floor creating a slip hazard. There was what looked like mold around the drain of the shower. The toilet flusher had to be raised after flushing or it would not stop running. If had not been for your courteous staff the stay would not have been good.

Trash receptacle outside the 100 hallway should’ve been emptied. It was overflowing onto the sidewalk when we checked in. Told the manager. Supposedly going to be emptied during the night but was still overflowing the next morning when we checked out.

The location to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping malls made it very convenient during this ongoing pandemic!
Due to COVID-19, the hotel didn’t serve the hot complimentary breakfast that they’re so known for... Other than that, my stay was excellent!
