Best Western Plus Atrium Inn & Suites

The room was large and clean. The hotel was beautiful and close to many restaurants. The staff were friendly and helped us with our needs. I was there for my VietNam Army vets reunion. The breakfast had a menue where we could order things not normally found in other hotels. Most other places only had a continental style breakfast. I've stayed at Best Western Hotels and would not book any other Hotel Chain. They are the best value for the money.

The staff was awesome!!! I was very impressed with them. I did feel bad for them, though, because they were working pretty hard and taking a lot of grief from the customers for not manning the front desk because they are helping other guests on the property. I feel y'all are pretty understaffed which I understand nowadays because it's tough to get employees to stick around.

The TVs were old and I couldn't get sound to come out of 2 of them. I also didn't see any security around. I was a little nervous about a teen/early 20s male that kept showing up at the gym when I was working out. A security guard would have made me feel more safe.

Did not get up in time for breakfast so I can’t say. Our room was not ready until about an hour and a half past check in. We were understanding. I know businesses can be short staffed. Staff at front desk was awesome. The lady that was bartending was also friendly. Beds were comfy, room was clean. The only thing negative was the landscaped areas in the parking lot were full of weeds, so not very attractive. But in general, was a nice place to stay.

Clean room with comfortable mattress and cold A/C. Close to interstate and gas station for easy departure in the morning.

A group had rented the exhibition hall which played loud music during our stay. Also guests were disrespectfully noisy very late at night (was woken up at 12:30 and 2:30 am). Would have been nice for management to quell that for the other guests.

The hotel was centrally located near where I was going to be visiting this weekend, and that made it very easy to get around when it was necessary for us to get an Uber. The beds were very comfortable, and so was the temperature of the room. I would definitely stay here again.

There could’ve been a more thorough job of cleaning in the corners of the bathroom, including in and outside of the shower.

everything was clean, towels were good sized, all linen smelled fresh and clean. The lady that checked us in was great! She talked with my kids and included them in which they loved and also gave them applesauce pouches. I wish I got her name so I could recognize her but I didn’t. she has facial tattoos I know that. She was absolutely great and very informative. Best service I have had at a hotel.

Clean room and beds, which were very comfortable. Great water pressure! Also, the front desk clerk was extremely accommodating. The room was very large and easily accommodated five people and all of our luggage with no problem.

Honestly the only thing I could find wrong was that the tub did not drain the water out quickly, which slowed my group down while getting ready the next morning.

breakfast was ok, the coffee machine was broken and that was a bummer. food was good and variety of it was there.

A housekeeper walked into our room without knocking or announcing themselves. I believe he was disciplined, but it was very unsettling.

Spacious king suite. The room was clean. The shower had excellent water pressure and the shower is great for those who are tall (6-ft).

The bed was really firm and the pattern on the comforter made it scratchy. Also, I was surprised that there was no guide on the TV. There was a laminated copy on the desk that listed the TV channels (i.e 2-ABC, 50-HGTV). The remote to change channels was very particular and stiff.
