Hyatt Place Louisville-East

I loved the fact that the hostess, Caitlyn was amazing at her job and was so friendly!!! She was able to get us into our room hours before check in time! She was also super knowledgeable and super friendly! Based on her service alone, I will return. The breakfast was amazing as well! The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make everything feel like you are having breakfast in your own home!!!

My partner and I just agreed the bathroom was quite small and barely left room to stand between shower and door. Also, it’s preferred to have more space for the bathroom area in general than all the living room space. It’s more convenient and ideal to have the commode and sink in the same zone and not outside of each other. The layout of our room was a little miss paced in our opinion. Overall it was a “nice” stay.

Breakfast was great. Wide variety and always fresh. The staff was extra friendly! We felt like celebrities while we stayed there. They also decorated the lobby with fresh flowers. It ended up being an excellent stay.

They didn’t automatically clean the room. We had to schedule the cleanings.

The staff was hands down, the best part of,the stay and why we would return. They were all kind, helpful, and courteous to all 6 of us.

For the price, I wouldve expected the bathroom to be a little bigger. We also had some drainage issues with the tub. When showering you stood in water at or above your ankles. We told the front, they "fixed" it, but it was never actually fixed. You also couldnt open the bathroom door without rubbing the toilet.

The room was spacious, clean, a great layout.

The pool was unavailable for the kiddos, due to health reasons (not sure exactly). But they did offer a reimbursement to go to a local pool but that was not really convenient for us, but not a complete deal-breaker for us.

I like everything next time I will have to check out the pool didn’t have time

The shower head it had no pressure for the water to come out the shower holes

Great location close to all the places we needed to go. First time staying at a Hyatt, very pleasant. Nice to have a hot breakfast

A little pricy, but worth it! Restaurant inside the hotel with great food. Staff extremely friendly and a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We would stay again. Thank you!

Pillows a little small for a king size bed, not terrible.

Room was really nice and clean! All staff members were super friendly!

The only thing I would say is watch out for the handles on the shower. The coating was peeling on ours and it sliced my finger. Staff was very kind and accommodating about it.

we arrived at 2am for check in and the clerk was superb. he was very kind welcoming and informative. the rooms were spacious and clean.

the door to toilet clearance in non existent.. thats me being picky i suppose.
