Super 8 by Wyndham Radcliff Ft. Knox Area

I was told there would be a small breakfast, but there wasn’t. Just beverages. The lady that checked me in was very nice & informative. The lady that checked me out was also nice. The floors are much better than carpet- great choice!

The 3 ladies behind the counter around 7am seemed unapproachable. They didn’t speak so I didn’t want to ask about the breakfast. It could be cleaned better. Small headboard & pic behind bed were dusty. Inside of toilet wasn’t cleaned all the way.

We stayed here on several occasions over the last month. The beds were comfortable and the air was cold. The room was cleaned daily and they had a computer with printer available for the customer when needed. Employees were responsive to guest requests and tried to be helpful. After staying at several low end hotels in the Radcliff area, I can say that for the money, Super 8 was easily the best room for the dollar.

The ice machine was out of commission for the entire four days of our stay and the laundry room was out of order when we tried to use it.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions breakfast wasn't AS outgoing as it's been in the past but that's understandable. With that said, there was plenty available of what they offered, especially coffee, wonderful coffee! If the coffee had run out, the very courteous staff were more than accommodating to make a fresh pot. as for the location, being back a little from the main road was good because it provided a buffer from most of the road noise.

We've stayed here three times before & never any complaint. This time we had a room that faced the main road going by and despite being set back from the road it was a bit too noisy for us. Additionally, I'm only attributing this to the other guests above and around us. There was a LOT more times this time, from the guests slamming doors, yelling, etc. It had partially to do with the position of the room we stayed in, close to the exit door. Try to get a room by the back parking lot closer to the dumpster. It's actually quite quiet over there.

Location was best. Worked on base. WiFi was nice as well. Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Most hotels today don't clean your room on a daily basis due to the COVID issue. Very much appreciated.

Didn't eat the breakfast. I did night shift work on the base. Not really interested in cereal or honey buns. Neither coffee or juice were available at 5:00pm.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I made this reservation while on the road and it had not reached the hotel's system when I arrived, but they were able to quickly find the reservation and get it squared away in just a few minutes. Breakfast was normal cereal and sundry items.

Liked the room it was clean and comfortable with everything you need.

The first room we were assigned had a receptacle by the bathroom sink that wouldn't work. After getting another room, everything was fine. Breakfast was lacking.

Great value,proximity to everything,loved the gazebo with the swing

The brown blanket on the bed,the chair and the bench had a few stains on the fabric,not enough lighting

It was clean and newly painted staff was awesome. I am a traveling Minister/Wedding Officiant so I do spend several nights at motels and I must say super 8 has been good to me keep up the good work in Radcliffe Kentucky!!!!

Just kidding but no breakfast in bed 😉

Floors were not carpet so -could- be disinfected. Bedding was luxurious.

The cleaning cart appeared to have items for smells; but, nothing had a name that said disinfectant. Also shower stall had remains of dried soap, as if a bit of a bar melted and then dried there.

I guess what i like the most it was clean and rooms pretty what i didnt like alot of rules to the point your afraid you gonna do something to get charged 50$ non refundable charge for your dog they inform you if your caught sneaking in it will be 75$ 100$ refundable cash deposit .a list of everything in room of how much everything will cost you if you take it and a 150$ smoking in room so some good things but just couldnt get real comfortable but great for overnight stay.
