Mr Gary made the check in process super easy, was corteus and helpful...Ill be back. This locarion is adjacent to Texas Roadhouse which was very nice...I was on the third floor and the SHOWERS WERE HOT/ DRAINS WORKED FINE...i didnt try the breakfast but it was available and many guests were there
Theres room for improvement on parking space. I have no further complaints

Breakfast bar was adequate. Very limited amount of yogurt, bread, bagels. Milk jug for cereal not replenished. Staff was mostly out of sight and not attending to breakfast bar or customers.
A full selection of breakfast items, tables that were wiped after use would have been appreciated. Coffee was empty more than once for the half hour I sat downstairs.

The location was close to lots of restaurants and interstate. The staff was extremely nice and the place was well kept.
The one thing that turned me off was the towel rack in the bathroom was covered in rust and I was not able to hang my bath towel on it.

Brooklyn at the front desk was amazing at fixing booking.coms screw up that they couldn't fix. She was very patient for 1:30 am and even got me a better deal.
They don't have a manager on site to fix computer things that they aren't allowed to do themselves.

I was so surprised when we walked in... the hotel was so clean!! Our bed & pillows were so comfortable also! Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of foods. Loved the biscuits... yum!

Room could have been cleaner. Tub looked like someone bathed a dog in in it. Dirty ring in tub, walls not clean. Bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. I kept my shoes on til I went to bed

The facility was very quiet, making it easier for me to rest. I know the hotel was full, but I barely heard anything from the other guests.
It's a little run down, especially in the bathroom area. In addition, the lamp shades were broken/torn in a few places and all of them were askew when I walked into the room. Just needs a little refreshing.
