The flashing green light on the smoke alarm. A piece of metal sticking out on the bed where my husband injured his leg. No coffee maker in the room.

The location was right where I wanted it to be when I booked the room surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast was what we thought it would be and a time saver to get going in the morning.
I would have liked to have a comfortable chair to sit in. Also, the bed was a little too high to get into easily.

The beds were surprisingly and amazingly comfortable!!! Room was very clean. Breakfast was nothing special but it was free/included.
There was some price gouging because of soccer tournaments, so the price exceeded the quality of the hotel. That said, it was better than I expected, especially the beds.

I appreciated the bathroom size and space. I really got a sense of cleanliness as I entered into my room, due to the smell of deodorants and disinfectant aromas that filled the room.
I thought the pillows could have been a little bit more fuller for comfort. The bathroom was not stocked with grooming condiments.

The girl at the front desk was very rude and obviously seemed as if she hated her job. Gave off hateful vibes. Not sure as to what her name was. Our bathroom door looked like there was blood on it at the bottom? Not sure if that was it or not but it was on the bottom of the door and in the tile as well.

The location was great. we have been making trips pertaining to Abraham Lincoln. Everything was close enough for us. We started in Springfield Illinois. The hotel was clean, people were very friendly. Next stop, Gettysburg, PA.

Pool was not open, had to use pool at the neighboring hotel. Entry doors around facility note they are locked 24 hours a day for safety, yet the exterior door at the end of the first floor hallway was never locked.

The location was great. About 40 minutes to Louisville and the location was right off the interstate. There are lots of food option right there too.
The only think I didn’t like was the shower doors squeak really, really loud.
