Clean, conveniently located, served breakfast.

Don’t like round toilets, like long oval. House staff did a good job, except the room had no coffee carafe and no regular coffee - just decaf. TV very hard to understand what channels are what. Typing 13 on the remote produces a blank screen. And finally, the A/C wall control temp adjustments did not work. One has to use the controls on the physical unit. And then, placing the control in “Low Cool” causes the unit to run continuously without cycling off and on, so one winds up freezing.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. They were able to assist me with directions and information about places to eat, where they were located, and when they closed. Their little shop had some snacks, an drinks at a reasonable price. The breakfast what about what I have come to expect from a hotel.

I have no REAL complaints, but if is was to be OVERLY picky, I did not like the shower head in the shower, it was pretty crappy. And my other issue is little to no reflection on the establishment, but you could hear people running up and down the halls from inside the room, which is half the construction of the establishment, and half the fact that a bus load of high school students were staying the night. Neither issue had a real impact on my stay.

We liked the size and layout of the room. Liked the laundry machines, vending machines, breakfast items, the small luggage carts.

Our room was on a floor that major construction work was being done. There was dust in the air, on the carpet, hall side of the room doors and my husband had a cough all night. The tub had bad stains. The bed cover had stains and spots. The ice machine was out of order on our floor and had to go to the lobby for ice. The price we paid for one night far exceeded what we paid for a night in the Hilton.

The rooms and lobby, as well as the pool and hot tub area, were clean. Breakfast was good for continental. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was just what we were looking for. Would consider staying again.

Though we could tell the bedding was clean, there were some stains that were kind of gross. The hallways looked to be poorly maintained. Which, thankfully, was not the case for the room.

Great location within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The room sizes are spacious compared to other hotels. I appreciated that every day someone came in and emptied the trash and switched out the towels. Nice, hot continental breakfast.

The wifi did not work very good so I just shut it off. I wish the breakfast was available later then 9:00AM.

Hotel was very nice.

Only negative to our stay was the pool area had about 20 unsupervised children in it. Screaming as loud as possible and making the pool inaccessible. My kids looked forward to swimming and were disappointed when they couldn’t. I definitely wasn’t happy in the moment.

I didn’t like the light coming in from the bottom of blackout curtains and doorway the indoor pool was way too cold to enjoy it felt water temp was 76 thank god hot tub was great temp nice and warm

Breakfast was awesome, and they kept the food coming! It was tasty, hot, delicious, the grandkids loved the juices and eggs with cheese😊

There were a couple of ants coming from the air conditioner, I informed the front desk.

Friendly front desk staff. Pool was nice. Outside is nice and clean. Gym is stocked. Price of room.

We had a running toilet in our room. No blankets available for the pullout couch. Breakfast should last until 10 daily with all menu options available until breakfast closes. Dirty linen closet on 2nd floor was open all the time with linens on the floor. We got someone else's bill put under our door.

David working night shift was extremely helpful I had an experience not to do with my hotel stay that upset me and he was kind enough to come around the corner to see if I needed anything it was unexpected very kind he also answered several questions I had about things in the area

I Asked fir early check in (12) abs came to the property 3 different times to be told they were short staffed abs it would be another hour I had to make arrangements for kids that didn’t want to stay in the car .. finally at nearly 3pm our rooms were ready
