out side was trash and cigarette buts everywhere and even the staff was sitting outside smoking and looking like they threw the butts on the ground even though there was a place to put them. breakfast was packaged sandwiches! really?no fruit. staff did not seem to care about when supplies were out. no laundry soap. we had no shower towels in our room and they didn’t have any at the front desk so they gave us different towels. side door was broken and wouldn’t close by itself. Just a lot of work to be done to keep the place looking nice outside and inside. condom containers in the parking lot and alot of trash. need someone who will clean. hard to believe someone could ignore this.

Love the restroom with spacious shower and appropriately placed grab bars, wall mounted dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside shower stall, large vanity counter with free Kleenex and hand lotion. Comfortable mattress, crisp and clean bed linens. Free breakfast. Courteous staff. I checked out and forgot my favorite throw blanket on the bed. When loading bags into my vehicle I noticed it was missing. At that time, the cleaning lady appeared and handed my husband the throw. I was so grateful and appreciative to know there are still honest and thoughtful people in this world. I wish I had gotten her name.

Free breakfast with attendant using a cleaner to wipe down tables after customers. Dispensers affixed in shower containing shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as sturdy grab bars. Hair dryer. Fresh, crisp bedding and comfy mattress. Overall cleanliness of entire building. Easy check-in with friendly staff. As seniors, I’m happy she put us on the top floor with quiet surroundings.

The shower curtain was too short which I didn’t notice until finished showering. Consequently water dripped onto the floor causing a puddle. It took two towels to soak it up. No recumbent bike in the exercise room.

We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge bc the shower door in our original room was broken. Husband simply went to inform the front desk of the door and they moved us to a suite at no extra charge. Staff was concerned about our safety.

It's always the customer service for me! The lady's you have working there are amazing. Lexi has such awesome spirit & heart of kindness! She's absolutely amazing. Always has such a big Kool-aid smile & ready to greet us

Loved everything

My room was not cleaned . I was told I had to request this as a option . The person who should have cleaned the room came in the room took the dirty towels and emptied the trash. The person never left any new towels. I had to go to the front desk and wait for almost 5 minutes for towels after being told my room was not cleaned also because I probably left personal items on the bed which I did not. I did not like the front clerk telling me I left something on the bed so my room didn’t get cleaned , completely untrue. The dirty bathroom floor and counters that didn’t get cleaned had to be my fault as well!

I don’t like asking a question and getting a stupid answer back after I have paid $200 for 2 nights at a hotel.

Awesome customer service from Lexi & her Mom. There such amazing representation of the Marriott Hotel. I wouldn't come here all the time if it wasn't for them. They make our stay right at home. Always.

Location and friendliness of staff.

Breakfast was a little off. Some items missing or sparse like salt and pepper, items weren’t together that belong together so you were constantly searching

Staff was excellent and facility was very clean and comfortable

After 2 years, they were still dealing with hurricane issues leaving the outside looking a little disheveled

Location, Room was EXCELLENT, Checking In- Checking Out was SEAMLESS & EXPEDITIOUS...HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

All GOOD...Breakfast was Miminal but Functional
