Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel

I have traveled a good bit. I was very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The entire facility was well kept although I didn't look at the entire facility. My bathroom was perfect, the surfaces were actually shiny clean. The staff was friendly and although I arrived for breakfast at the very end of serving time, the staff made sure I had what I wanted. I was meeting someone at the airport and although the airport entrances are under construction, everything was well marked. It was very easy from this hotel.

The vending area on the third floor needed attention....looked like a storage area.

This is a great hotel for the price and location. We came in for one night while waiting for our cruise. The hotel manager met us at the airport car rental once our flight arrived and helped us arrange taxi service into the French Quarter for the evening and to the cruise port the next day. Fasy, easy and safe service.

Due to no fault of their own, the hotel is under construction after the hurricanes last year. They are working to get things taken care of but it does disrupt the stay just a bit. There are a lot of workers around the building and work is still being completed.

It was close to the airport. The staff especially Ms Tina was very welcoming and helpful in receiving and telling us about restaurant situation to.get food.

The fact that there is no decent restaurant for a simple health meal. The fact that the hotel have no working relationship with the nearest Wendy. The double room we stayed in had no proper chair to work at the desk but one of the workers promised to look into the chair situation after we mentioned.

I booked this hotel because it said it had transportation to the airport. I found out they drop you off at the nearby car rental location where you wait for a shuttle there. although this shuttle at this location does provide transportation to the airport, i believe I’m not the only one to interpret the hotel would take customers directly to the airport

Front desk person was very helpful letting us check in a little early and making recommendations for dinner. It's a pretty good location for a flight out. Breakfast was fine.

Not near any restaurants--have to take a car about 15 minutes to get to one. Also note that their airport shuttle only goes as far as the car rental facility. From there you that their bus.

Breakfast was really good. Spotlessly clean. Checking was easy. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated

Was advertised to have an airport shuttle. That was the main reason that I booked it. I even called and asked if they had a shuttle and was informed that they did offer the service. Now I'm out 30.00 that I wasn't planning on blowing

Location was great clean room friendly staff. Breakfast was okay could've been more variety. Bed was not super comfortable but good. I would probably sell this location again when I'm in town.

Breakfast could have had more variety and bed was a little hard on me personally but not bad I got a good night sleep.

Breakfast was listed however, due to the recent hurricane we were not provided with a to go bag.

Our flights was changed, causing us to arrive around 11:30 am. We had to wait til 2:30 pm before we could check in. However, we were allowed to wait in their lobby and watch T.V. They were not providing complimentary shuttle service, we had to pay an additional $18.00 to get to our hotel.

I liked the helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the manager, it was a lady but I can't remember her name. She was there when I checked in at 2am or 3am. She answered all of my questions and made my family feel comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfy. I could feel my body sink in and get contoured by the beds dressing. The pillows seemed to stay cool. Only fresh juice, yogurt, coffee, and a continental breakfast is served due to COVID-19. However my kids were very satisfied. They offer other options for diabetics like KIND bars and sugar free applesauce.

If I have to point out something it would be that the guy at the service desk didn't put out the diabetic options. He said because of the dates on the items. When I got a hold of the food items the dates were all good. Other than that, no one made our beds from the 1st night. Our room was not messy so it wasn't a big deal. The view isn't the best, there's some construction in the area and the hotel is faced away from the freeway. I guess the plus side to that is less road noise.

No breakfast served due to Covid.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly.
