Breakfast is a decent selection. Appreciated that every morning. Eggs are a little over cooked but for free breakfast it’s decent. Pool area is nice. Love staying on the first floor, was convenient for breakfast and pool time. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping close by all on veterans highway. Rooms are very spacious and well suited for a family. Staff was very friendly.

Housekeeping comes on day 5 unless you request earlier. Room doors are pretty noisy you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms. Not the greatest neighborhood across the street and sometimes parking was an issue. We weren’t always able to find hotel parking and had to park on the street.

Home2Suites Kenner is truly a home away from home! Jeff and his entire staff made our stay a true PLEASURE! The LARGE room (with the biggest refrigerator I've ever seen in a hotel room), comfy beds, microwave, dishwasher and full set of kitchen supplies (cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates) was BETTER than an Airbnb or VRBO (since I didn't have to clean it or scrounge around for more towels--ever:-) The breakfast was yummy and the coffee (and tea) were hot and delicious! There was a workspace (in the room and in the lobby) and chairs/tables to lounge around. The pull out sofa with the table on wheels (so brilliant) was awesome to have in the room. The workout room was the BEST that I've seen in any hotel--thank you!! The location was very near the airport (but quiet, which was appreciated) and we were only about 20/25 minutes from downtown NOLA. Walmart, and nearby restaurants were easy to get into and out of. Eleven out ten stars for this property!

The hotel offered a discount through a third party vendor. Everything still seemed brand new a year after construction. The free shuttle service to airport was very convenient and the complimentary breakfast selections were the best we’ve ever had! The entire staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The reservation system made it difficult to merge a new reservation with our third party booking. We had to change room keys twice.

The rooms could have been built with better insulation. The occasional noise from our neighbors and in the hallway was noticeable but not overwhelming. We needed to stay an extra night but we weren’t offered a discounted weekend rate similar to the ones offered by third parties.

This hotel sparkles with cleanliness and the staff are pleasantly accommodating! We enjoyed a comfortable night’s rest, the colorful and contemporary decor in our room and a relaxing swim outside. Highly recommend this spot and a rental car for exploring NOLA!

There aren’t a lot of good restaurants or tourist activities nearby, but the location is perfectly near the airport and freeways.

perfect - simple - clean- organized - quality. it is obvious that this chain was created from years of lessons in the hotel business and learning what is important and what isn’t - all the pretense and BA is gone and what is left is a top notch hotel experience for the common traveler who doesn’t want to spend a fortune for reasonable accommodation- well done !!

Convenient access to the airport

Airport shuttle availability ended up being outside of the times when I needed it. That was the main reason for selecting this hotel. That information should be made available on the website.

Everything was EXCELLENT!! We were very comfortable and it was so clean!!! Staff was exceptionally great!!!! So friendly and helpful!! My daughter flew in from Orlando and the shuttle picked her up. She said the driver was very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Price . But overall the price was comparable to others in the area. Just a sign of the times.

check in was quick and efficient, breakfast was early in the morning and eatable. My husband forgot gold chain and they sent it back to us after we paid postage

couldn't get transfer from airport, but transfer to airport in the morning was good

This property is great especially for extended stays. it comes equipped with everything you should need. The staff was exceptional, everything was so clean, and great breakfast with fresh coffee.
