Comfort Inn & Suites At Copeland Tower

We loved everything about our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites. The check-in was quick. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. I wanted to take the biscuits home with me thats how great they were.I particularly loved Marsha who helps coordinate breakfast. Her kindness and warmth made the trip worth it. She greeted the guests and asked how we were enjoying our meal. On our final morning at the hotel there was another friendly worker who complimented my daughters and I which I thought was so sweet. While I was in the lobby one evening I overheard Sybil at the front desk receiving a compliment on a report she completed. I smiled as if she was a friend of mine. So good to see hard work appreciated. Every worker who passed us in the hallway greeted us with a friendly demeanor.

I loved everything, however more fruit options, non dairy milk as well turkey sausage and bacon would be a great addition.

The breakfast offered was fantastic. The lady that oversees, the breakfast area, Shandra was unbelievable. She’s one of the nicest and most hard-working people I’ve ever met. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is fresh, stocked, and available to your patrons. I ran a large company for 30 years before I retired, and one thing I’m good at is assessing people. Shandra would make a great manager within your organization because she takes ownership of things and has superior customer relations skills. Bob Monroe.

The shower pan in our room was tilted toward the back end, so that water accumulated and would not drain out. We had to literally take our foot after each shower and push the water up to the other end of the shower into the drain. Who wants to splash around in dirty water? I did try to make the employee I encountered at check out aware of the situation, but I’m not sure he understood what I was trying to explain to him.

The breakfast was good enough. It had hot and cold items to choose from. The staff woman had a pleasant attitude. She seemed to care about us being satisfied. My friend and I slept well in the beds. Very comfortable.

I think security should check each floor especially at night because we could smell the drugs smoked, when we went to use the elevator every time. I mean every time. Hotel needs to be renovated soon. The assisted living side may be better. I am not sure. On the breakfast bar the apples didn't look good and I didn't like the powder eggs.

the hotel was very nice. It has its own private parking garage (free). We walked about 10 feet from our truck to the door of the hotel right to the elevator and up two floors to our room which was less than 10 feet from the elevator. The room was very spacious with a nice walk in shower and a king bed. The rates were very reasonable as well. We'll be back for sure.... a new location for us to stay at for sure.

I saw no flaws with the hotel, the staff or any other part of my visit at this fine establishment. Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

no housekeeping during the entire stay. This should be standard thing, not an option. Guests should not have to make the beds and do the cleaners job. Especially for what is being charged for the rooms per night. Breakfast was very poor. The hot food was late being brought up, always ran out, eggs rubbery, and the small amount of bacon was a race before it was gone and was not replenished. Staff was very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking garage was convenient, well lit and gave easy access to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had tons of pillows. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable.

The refrigerator wasn’t very cold.

Breakfast was very good, like many other buffets.

Breakfast was not as good as it was during the COVID situation. But, at that time, breakfast service was shared by the hotel guests and the Tower residents.

The breakfast was ok. The coffee was cold.
