Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Metairie

The hotel seemed to be completely remodeled and was very fresh looking and clean. The location was great and it was very quiet each of the 3 nights we were there.

After the first night we came back to the room to find it not made up by housekeeping. No big deal. After the 2nd night we asked the front desk to please make up the room. When we got back to the room for our last night it still was not made up, This was the only part of the stay that was not good and very frustrating.

George, the manager, and Chrystal at the front desk were both very helpful and patient with challenges of large group.

I made the reservations in September 2021 for our trip February 2022with Booking.Com. Two weeks before the trip, on couple had to change the arrival date from 2/10 to 2/11 and Booking.Com said they could not do anything and I had to call the hotel directly. When I called the hotel, they said they couldn't change anything on the reservation as it was made through Booking.Com. After 10 days of multiple phone calls and many emails, I just gave and paid the one night charge for the couple myself. This should have been an "easy fix" but sadly it wasn't ~

Loved the room. Newly remodeled. The bed and couch were very comfortable and lots of room.

The pool was under construction. It was a couple of hot days. Could have used the pool if it was finished. Wasn't told this on the app. Lots of remodeling going on. Also not on the app That was inconvenient.

I liked how clean, cozy and spacious the room was. I liked the lighting in the room and the bathroom and sink was immaculate. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap that's was complimentary to the room. Everything was amazing.

Very clean! Room was immaculate!! Was offered something from the market while I waited for my booked room to become available.. Very thoughtful! And the front desk lady was very professional and nice..

Upon arrival, I was offered a room that did not accommodate my family. The room that was booked was not available upon arrival.. (arrived 45 minutes to an hour after check in time)... So we had to wait. NOT LONG.. but having booked the room about 3 weeks in advance, I feel we should not have had to wait at all!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! I was exceptionally comfortable in the room, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied!

The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been a free breakfast!

No breakfast offered, pretty quiet location, easy to get to. Water pressure was great in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pillows not comfortable, recommend bringing your own favorite pillows. Reserved a king room but was put on a double Queen room, it’s ok but not my preference.

Teyana at the front desk was very helpful. She met us warmly and made us feel at home. Gave us opinions of places to visit and was always smiling (behind her mask).

It was all good. I cannot complain about anything except for the fact that we just wasn't there long enough.

Didn't have standard breakfast, But did have Grab and go sandwiches, muffins, coffee, etc, which were very good.

The King bed, in room 511, was not very comfortable. The mattress is broken down on the side and you have to get in middle of bed, to keep from rolling off on to the floor. Pillows could be more comfortable also.
