Sonder Gravier Place

I liked the working kitchen, we were able to make breakfast every morning. Security was good.

The pocket door to the bathroom was jammed open, it looks like someone tried to pry it out but didnt work. SO PRIVACY WAS AN ISSUE, Also the curtains were about 12 inches short, didnt touch the window sill, And the lights to from the DOME shined in the window. We had to use extra pillows to block the light. Only 2 bath towels was not enough for 2 ppl for 4 days. There were no extras on 2nd floor. Oh yes, the apartment door code did not work so we had to call to get it reset.

The space is very modern. It felt more like being in an apartment with hotel amenities than purely a hotel. I brought my mom here for mother's day. She really loved the place.

I did see a few insects. The building is old so I expect it but they should really consider treatment for termites. I saw beige skinny bugs with wings around the windows on the first night. I didn't see them the second. Unrelated to insects, I wish there was an additional TV in the bedroom. My mom really likes to lay and bed and watch TV before bed.

I loved the set up of the space. It was modern. The accommodations were so incredibly helpful, from the items in the bathroom to the dishes, coffee, etc. in the kitchen. I loved the low bed, the large closets, the RECORD PLAYER, the the album Coltrane was AWESOME! Someone did there homework :)!!! Thank you a million times for making my first stay in New Orleans so grand!!

The curtain was not full. We did not have full privacy. And the bathroom door was difficult to close. We sought out a place with an elevator, and the elevator did not work all the time.

OMG. I love this place. So spacious and amazing. Modern look and decor. They had chrome cast so no fire stick needed. Can cast Tv right from your phone. Gate was broken leading into parking lot but car and belongs were safe. No stragglers hanging around. A few spots in walking distance for food and drinks. Perfect view from large windows of the city. $10uber ride to French quarters. No full body mirror in room but nice mirrors in hallway in front of elevator. Full kitchen and full stocked with kitchenware. Very homey and perfect for a couple. Keyless entry and no issues with it.

Fix outside gate

The apartment is great for a stay. The building has a private free parking lot for your car. Very stylish.

The checkin process is a bit complicated. It takes you from booking to an external web site, where you have to upload your data for online check in. Also you have to download the apartment application. The only bad thing about the place are bathroom doors, that were hard to close.

Everything we needed and a character property

Although there was good security facilities the outside pedestrian gate kept being left open. Also the trash compound gate has been vandalised so anyone who knows can enter the compound. The property is located in an ‘edjey’ area.

Apartment was spacious and it felt good. We only stayed two days so lack of wardrobes didn’t matter.

when we got to the apartment the oven was on and place was really hot. toilet seats in both bathrooms were broken. water pressure in the showers was very low.

Everything! The only problem was there was only one towel and one washcloth available for each of us, and though there was a super convenient washer and dryer, there was no detergent...

The door codes were a bit hard to become used to, but they posed no problem after about the 2nd day. More towels, or some detergent to wash the ones there would be nice!

Very handy location just outside French Quarter. Yet quiet, with good security parking. Outstanding modern recent fit out and very roomy

The bathroom pocket door wouldn’t stay open and had to be jammed to stay open.

Everything! Felt like home. The kitchen was nice and furnished. Very spacious. Easy access to get in and out. Safe Environment.

Everything was great but the only issue I had was, you could smell the sewer smell from toilet after each flush.
