1 and 2 BR Private Condos Steps Away From French Quarter

Excellent location for tram and bus lines, literally on the border of the French Quarter. The bed was excellent, there was ample room, and the kitchen was well stocked. No staff were encountered and everything was easily managed by e-mail. The offers to check in early or extend the stay were a great idea!

The kitchen was well stocked and ample paper towels were supplied, but cloth kitchen towels would have been nice. The sofa showed some wear and tear on the cushions but was quite comfortable.

Everything was great, location was close enough to walk to French Quarter and shops. Space was big enough so we weren’t all bunched up on top of each other. Kitchen had almost everything you would need to cook with, down fall was NO MICrOWAVE!! Also maybe some black out curtains, the sun light was hard to get by past 6:30a One last thing there was no terrace to hang out on off our rooms, but we had French doors that opened with a railing you could lean over.

Everything is clean & space was spacious - we had 3 condos for a group of 19. location was close to everything walking distance. 12 min walk from the casino. bourbon was about 5-10 depending where you’re heading. everything else was average 10 min.

The window in room 301 kept opening up by itself every time we’d come back from somewhere, even though it was locked (but it didn’t bother us). the queen bed was loose and leaning so the couple who stayed there ended up sleeping somewhere else because they didn’t want to break the bed , but i did reach out to someone and they said they would get someone to check it out after we leave. be careful with the homeless near by, they can be pretty rude & aggressive- just ignore .

Location was super. Apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. Bed was super comfy. An elevator made our 3rd floor apartment easy to access. Staff was great, checked in to see we were settled. Very responsive to anything that we needed. VERY easy to use public transportation.

We liked it, but some folks might think the block was a little sketchy.

The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and masterfully designed. The European styling is done tastefully through high ceilings, tall baseboards, and an abundance of marble throughout. The terrace was a wonderful touch. In the future I'd love to have the room with the view of canal street. I loved how close all the exciting parts of the city were. Would certainly like to return to this apartment soon!

There were a few miscommunications with the exterior door code, however that could be my fault, and I don't hold that against them whatsoever. Just sharing in the spirit of candor.

this place is my home away from home. I have stayed here many times when I come to New Orleans and make a point to see if it is available every time I have to come into the city. I like the location, the security, and how neat and clean the condo is. 

The neighbors were a bit loud, but it was manageable.

We loved the apt, and everything that was in it. I would have liked it to be closer to the French Quarter. But we were close enough . The weather was good , the restaurants we went to were good. Wen on a carriage ride, our guide was wonderful.

Our last night, Wednesday we went to the parades down off canal Street, my husband got his wallet stolen. Pickpcketed . Ruined the trip, we were going to stay another night but didnt.

Great Location ... walking distance to the French Quarter. The apartment was comfortable and enough room to relax after exploring New Orleans. One of our better stays in the US

Cleaners should did not empty the dryer on site from previous guests. Was a little difficult to find the main entrance on arrival.

Beautiful condo - perfect for our group of 4, with everything we needed. Comfortable beds.

The entrance is a bit odd (door between stores), but it has a code and is safe with an elevator. Good location, short walk to Bourbon Street.

The place was clean, comfortable, and centrally located.

There was a strong smoke smell at times. Also the internet connection was not always stable, which made working remotely difficult.
