Troubadour Hotel New Orleans, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

The location was excellent. We were within walking distance to almost everything.

Although the room was cozy and very clean, the walls were paper thin. The real problem was the hotel didn't have ice. Not even the restaurant, or so I was told. That was awful, especially with that Louisiana heat.

the prices for drinks were very over inflated with a 20% gratuity automatically added and if you don’t down load the app you don’t know and we weren’t told

The water could have been hotter and the faucet water took well over 8 mins to get hot and at some points it wouldn't get hot so I brushed my teeth with the shower water.

the rooftop was never available for us to check it out it was booked up for events the rooftop was the main reason for booking

I liked the cleanest, the staff professional and prompt replies to customer's needs. The staff really go the extra miles to aswer questions and help in all manners. Nearlyall the staff extend tremendous professioanal courtesy. My only disappoinrment was with the breaksfat server in the morning of Wednesday August 24th at about 10 am. This lady was slot and rude. The food was good but the service was terrible. I left her no tips. The hotel deserves a better person.

The night bar on the top floor can be more creative in bringing a band to play so that clients don't have to go out every night. The service up there also needs improvements.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The location was great walking distance from a lot of things. The restaurant was delicious. The variety of food and prepared with love and flavor. The staff so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Carl for all of his help and suggestions. He helped to make this Birthday trip special. Would highly recommend 👌.

The only issue was we had to request that our room be cleaned 3 times on our last day.

Good location. Could walk easily to Bourbon and Royale streets, about a mile or so. Room was good; we were on the 13th floor. Good concierge and staff at the desk. Around the corner from the Pythian market. Valet staff was good.

Thought breakfast was weak for the money, though eggs and bacon were well cooked and staff very helpful. The button for the 13th floor on the elevator was missing, so had to go to the 14th and walk down a floor. Guess they will fix that soon. They need to get food up to the 17th floor bar.

I was told I had breakfast included in my room an when I went to get it, it was almost $18 plate and actually not included in my room. The rooftop looked different online at the hotel its not the same as the pictures.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The food was fantastic. Nice rooftop bar. On our last day I mentioned to a server that I hadn't got to try beignets or crabcakes. She had the chef prepare them for me for lunch. I guess they were on the breakfast menu in which we hadn't had breakfast at the hotel. I also tried an Old fashioned with the smoke at the Monkey bar. I've asked several different bars in my hometown and no one had the equipment to do it with smoke. Overall great hotel.

We had a little problem with the hot water. It had to be turned on at the spicket. It was resolved by the GM.
