Hilton Garden Inn Shreveport

The room was clean. We got the king suite so we had a living area away from the sleeping area. Loved the fact that they had like 10 feather pillows. Thin ones and thick ones. Your choice. We used them all. The next morning I went down the hall to find a housekeeper for coffee. The hallway smelled real nice from the cleaning products. Im a facilities supervisor so cleaning is my profession. And I can honestly say the maids on our floor take pride in their job. We were on the 3rd floor. Staff was super friendly. I made sure I left a tip for housekeeping. They deserved it. The only thing that I seen that could use attention is the trash cans in the rooms. When I pulled the bag out the inside was kind of gross. Definitely needs cleaning. But other than that its an A+ room.

I didn't care for the bar set up. The bar has around 8 seats and located next to the lobby. Its not an actual bar like some others have. Its part of the lobby. And they close at 10pm. The bartender was super nice and even though we showed up at 9:58pm, he made my husband a drink and me a beer to go. So we could take it to our room. So if you are looking for a hotel with an actual bar to hang out in this isn't the one for you. But other than that it's a nice hotel.

Staff was very nice, pet friendly and bed was very comfortable.

We had a suite and I think it’s safe to assume the bathroom was not cleaned because there was urine around bottom of the toilet.

outdated restroom, bathtub and commode wasn’t the best. a lot of mildew on bathroom walls, along with rusted borders behind bathroom door. I do have the pictures. I called and requested more towels, she said okay, never received them

I always stay at this location when I travel to Shreveport because I am a Hilton Honors member and the location of the property is close to Evangel Christian Academy where my son is a senior.

The property is in a continuous upgrade process and I think that the price of the rooms are a bit higher than they should be.

Kitchen staff Ronnie, Courtney, and Caitlin all excellent in the morning! Desk staff very helpful (middle-aged, blk, female seemed to work all shifts)

Issue with shower- left in on position because difficult to pull/loose (space between wall and faucet); molding at bottom of tub peeling. Not a big issue BUT observation. Didn't bring to anyone's attention.

There were two ladies that had amazing customer service at the front desk! Check in and night shift, and they were so so sweet!! The room was beautiful, as was the lobby. I stayed here since my better half was here getting ready to ship off to boot camp and this was their hotel. they were very accommodating to him and the rest of the family that wasn’t even staying here! Awesome service and hotel!

Only thing is the doors are so heavy to open!

My only problem is charging someone 50.00 for a small pet. I'm ok with it being a hold and if the pets messes something up then charge the person but if you cant tell a pet was there then it should be refunded.

staff upon check in was beyond exceptional Jason I believe was his name went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will definitely use this property again in the future

The staff, the lady at the front desk was so kind and patient with me when she had some issues on her end from this website showing my confirmation. She didn’t have to help me the way she did, so glad she did. I was having a rough day from driving pretty much all day with a toddler. Just awesome!!

It was just under some renovations and was just a little dirty. No problems at all.
