Sleep Inn & Suites I-20

My room was nice and clean, everything I needed was there. The area was good, near all the stores. Loved the idea of making your own waffle,that was cool! The hotel was very nice and clean, my stay wasn't bad at all!

The breakfast overall could use a lot of approving, The lady who checked me in wasn't friendly, I had to wait to be checked in ,then she was laughing and talking on her phone I'm assuming. No conversation with me, just pointing for me to put my card in or for me to sign. The lady that was there for checkout ,cheery person, but she didn't even look up to say thank you, or hope you enjoyed your stay. I said I'm checking out, she said okkk!""

Check In was not very good. There was a vehicle at the front door with the door open and extremely loud vulgar music blaring. I went in to check in there were two ladies at the check in desk. I waited and was finally asked if I had a reservation. I explained I did and was asked to provide credentials to the desk clerk not at the check in section but between the computer and the wall. The two ladies were just standing talking. I felt like I was a second class customer.

Our stay was very good, great actually! The rooms were clean and the new walk in shower was a bonus! Breakfast was well stocked and great variety. I travel to this location at least twice a year and I will stay again.

Late evening staff needs a bit more training on customer service. A bit rude and seemed annoyed because I was at the counter calling for service about 10 minutes. Cleaning staff way friendlier!

I don’t like false advertising on the internet they had free breakfast, when we got their the next morning we got up for breakfast and they don’t really serve breakfast they give you a white bag at the front desk with a apple, a muffin in a pack, and a breakfast bar. For the money you spend for the hotel you would’ve thought we was going to be serve a hot meal, that was real disappointing😢😢

it was clean. the lady that checked me in that evening was super nice. very friendly. was able to answer any questions. our room was nice and clean.the parking area has vey good lighting

the hot tub was not HOT. the lady at the front desk at our checkout was not friendly. there was no kind of breakfast option. the eating area was dark and that is where the coffee was made.

I absolutely loved the shower. The room was super clean and very spacious. The over abundance of pillows is an absolute must for me, so I enjoyed the extra pillows.

The price seemed to be a little steep, but I guess it boils down to quality. You get what you pay for. I definitely enjoyed my stay. However, I did figure out that the outlet on the right side of the bed (if you’re standing at the foot of the bed and looking at the headboard) doesn’t work on the bottom plug. Kinda weird, but I thought I’d bring it to attention.

The staff was WONDERFUL - - professional, VERY HELPFUL, and extremely friendly! Our room was very clean. We rented the meeting room at the hotel for a family gathering and was very pleased with the facilities and again, the staff was so kind. The hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants and a Wal-Mart. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a few issues with the TV but nothing major and the outdoor pavilion could be a little cleaner and maybe updated with better tables and seating, but all-in-all it served its purpose.

The staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean. Location was great! There was no hot breakfast, that was the only big issue. There was bag breakfast available though, but I would have preferred the hot breakfast.

I'm not sure what was going on, but I have not been receiving points for my stay. For some reason they aren't being added.

Clean, quiet and convenient with on-site parking, fitness center and an included breakfast.

Nothing - everything was perfect. (However, no fault of the hotel, but Klug Pines Road was closed due to construction so you'll need to find another way in - best bet is I20.)

everything what you need was there. Shower was great!!! TV super . Internet perfect. Fridge, hairdryer, all was there. Pool perfect. Staff was very, very friendly, parking was perfect. Restaurants and Walmart in front. Window was to open - good! Furniture a little used, but that's ok. smoking sections outside. barbecue place outside, Atm machine inside
